If I could it would be no stars whatsoever! Absolutely rubbish customer relations and service. My order was acknowledged and despatched, apparently, but to date has never arrived. Don’t bother calling as they don’t answer. Online assistant only use if you have plenty of time to waste. I’ve lost count of the emails I’ve sent, yes you get an auto reply quickly, but god forbid a human contacted you to help. The few responses I have had were contradictory, No goods, no refund, nothing! 'IF' and that’s a big if, a person from leisure Outlet reads this, could you please, please tell me what on earth is going on? Order ref Consignment: 1827483995403340

Extremely poor communication. I bought an expensive item off them 9 days ago, I still haven't received any details on when it might arrive. Yet, they managed to take my money alright. They wont take calls, respond on twitter and arent responding to emails. Imm starting to think they are a scam.

Abomination. Received an item with missing parts making the product unusable. Took me 2 months of calls and emails to get the item collected. Finally was collected 26 May. However still received NO refund and can not contact the company. They do not respond to emails or their contact form requests and you cannot call them. It’s absolutely disgusting. Please please don’t buy from this company. I am waiting for a refund of £125. Companies should not be allowed to conduct business like this.

Appalling Customer Service! Purchased a number of items on 29th February. Out of 5 items purchased, 1 was incorrectly delivered. As of the 1st June, and countless emails and calls, they have still failed to collect and replace the item. Now they are using live chat only and will not take the call. So, good prices, but appalling customer service if they make a mistake. Won't be using again.

Leisure outlet are a bunch of thieves stay clear I bought a bike for £271.98 to get me to work during covid 19v so I didnt have to travel by bus to my local hospital where I work. The bike wasnt the one I ordered when it arrived it was damaged and faulty after numerous phone calls 15 emails 4 weeks later they promised to send a currier to pick my bike and give me a refund. They lied. I have now served them with a court summons and I'm now left with no useable bike no refund and no funds to buy a new bike. Your a disgrace. Take down your post about support the NHS

I have been lied to several times over the past 2-3months about my order. Refusing to refund my money and refusing to send my order. I feel like I have been robbed.

They ignore you for weeks on end. Then I contacted PayPal and amazingly had a response in a matter of hours. Do not hand your cash over, I think they run from overseas nothing in the U.K. trading standards need to step in!!!! Terrible organisation

Avoid Order. 11. Days ago ..... stilll no items received . So I contact amazon to get my money back. Just ordered same item from another online retailer .20th May 1230pm Arrived today 22nd at 10am . And the say they are having problems with deliveries ... Stay away go elsewhere ... they can’t even reply to emails. Even though they say give us 4 days to reply ... trust me they don’t ...... You can’t contact by phone You can’t contact by chat .... They advertised items as IN STOCK when they are not In stock ... Contact your bank and start the recovery process. Never ever again..... worst online retailer I have every dealt with

This website should be closed down. Beware of false reviews. I ordered 2 products over 2 months ago. The wrong products arrived and when so I reported this and was ignored and have received no money back, no replies and cannot reach anyone. I will be reporting and ensuring I get my money back. Totally fraudulent company. Awful awful people. Take the site down!!

Terrible company, please do read all the google reviews as they are appalling and recent reviews. They sent me a kayak with half of it missing. I emailed and attempted to call several times with no response. I have now just waited 55 minutes on their live chat to be told just as I am number 1 in the queue that 'No agents are available so leave an email'! Their products are terrible and their customer service outrageous. They should not be allowed to continue trading. They continue to take money from people knowing they dont either have the stock or they have stock that you simply cannot use as in such disrepair or half of it.

AVOID. Never received parcel of my bike and now they are ignoring me. I have reported fraud to the bank and waiting for a refund that way. AVOID AVOI AVOID!

I paid for the bike and the locker. After 4 weeks of the delay I received only the locker. There is no way to contact them. However, they still accept new payments. I will wait another few days and will report them to the police if the bike won't arrive. Avoid them!

Company has collapsed - Extraordinary chaos - only payment processing seems to be working - police and trading standards notified Any company that closes its phone lines, shuts down its social media, makes its customers wait in a virtual queue for online chat for 30, 40 minutes and then once they reach the head of the queue tell them there are no agents simply shouldn't be trading. You should not be selling if you cannot function properly. Avoid this company! ANYONE WHO ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY WITH THE WARNINGS YOU HAVE HAD FROM THOSE OF US WHO HAVE LOST MONEY MUST BE CRAZY! THEY ARE PUMPING OUT FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS OFTEN FEATURING THE WORDS "Excellent Service" BUT THERE IS NO SERVICE .. They have gone and our money has gone - police informed, trading standards informed.

I had ordered XR gents mountain bike nearly three weeks ago. saying that it will arrive within 5 working days no show. Receive another email 1st May saying delivery had receive in their warehouse and leaves after 2,3 days outside the delivery date but no show.Again i have received another email 11th May saying shipment has been delayed and will arrive by 15th may. still No show. I still haven't got my delivery but now i would, like to ask my full refund £143.99. I completely understand that you are busier than normal and things won't be resolved as quickly but at given time delivery date is terrible. I wish i had read the reviews before i ordered.

Absolutely dreadful outfit. Took the money for a bike several weeks ago & despite repeated chasers + being told it is on its way, today I get an email of whoops processed in error, no red ones in stock & would I like a pink one? £230+ paid and you know what I'd quite like the colour I ordered! Having sat on my money for several weeks and hugely inconvenienced me, I have demanded a full refund. Let's hope they respond quickly to that request. Absolutely dreadful - we may be in a pandemic but there is no excuse for poor customer service and taking money from people under a false pretence. Steer well clear! Wish I'd read other reviews before I purchased....lesson for the future!!

As below I also ordered a bike and a helmet for my daughters birthday at the start of April. Bike arrived damaged and helmet was nowhere to be seen! I contacted them and they advised that they will send out another helmet; this still did not arrive. I have since contacted them again several times and finally got a £10 refund for the bike but still no helmet so my daughter can’t even ride it anyway. They take forever to respond to your emails and are very unhelpful. I am now purchasing a helmet elsewhere! DO NOT buy from here!

Ordered a bike. Took a long time to arrive. Then arrived so damaged it was unusable. Contacted them ...was ignored! Informed them I was going to take things further and miraculously they suddenly acknowledged my email. Then they offered compensation (not stating how much!). I said I wasn't interested and wanted a return and refund. Ignored again. NEVER, ever buy from them - so appalled!

Ordered a table 60x100 to do a jigsaw on. They sent me a table 52x37. Now not answering phones and emails. Really upset as I am a vulnerable person and not able to go out to return the wrong item. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I just want a refund now as I don't trust them, there are a lot of bad reviews. This has caused me a lot of stress.

I wish I’d never ordered from them. I ordered a bike from them nearly 2 weeks & never heard anything. I went to Paypal to get the money back & was told it was preorder, not told this at the time. Now I’ve been told the seller doesn’t make them anymore & they can refund me but I’ve read how bad they’re at refunded, so I’ve had to escalate the case.
