I bought a LOQ 15 a couple months ago and have been dissapointed at its performance unplugged. Regardless of the power settings I get minimal battery life and Lenovo service is so bad that I simply cannot get the issue addressed. Before you thing 'LOQ's will not have much battery life playing games", realise that I just went from 100% power to 'plug in computer - low battery' in 36 minutes using Google Chrome. You read that right 36 minutes! I've already exchanged batteries with no improvement. According to Lenovo this is 'normal'. If 36 minutes of non gaming use is acceptable, then buyers should really become away of this. Unfortunately Lenovo definitely will not share this type of information easily. Its essentially impossible to add a review to the Lenovo buying website even though I have an account. Their online website reviews are essentailly a scan.

My screen has been flcikering for 3 weeks now. Lenovo sent someone to change the LCD but it is still flickering. Then they sent someone with so called "NEW" motherboard but it did not work. Infact, my old motherboard is still working. That means Lenovo is using refurbished products (when they have to change our parts) which are even worse than Sim Lim Sqaure. I am shocked that a company like Lenovo is doing this. Customer service is not an issue but I am rating 1 because I want to highlight that the parts they are sending is an issue.

Horrendously poor customer service. I bought a laptop foe my business and at the same time, paid extra for the extended 4 year warranty and on site support. However when it arrivesd and even now, I still only have the 1 year basic courier warranty. I've made numerous calls to sales (who acknowledge I paid for it) and support, who refuse to acknowledge I have it. The 2 departments cannot and will not communicate with each other. I'm still jumping through hoops and expending time and energy trying to get this resolved. I would not buy from them again and severely regret not purchase decision.

All Lenovo do is lie. Awful experience. On the 18th November I gave Lenovo more than £1300.00 for a laptop and a mouse in the Black Friday sale. It was needed for an urgent work requirement. Neither has ever arrived. I contacted them on the 25th & 26th November, and they said they would get back to me in 5-7 days, then again on the 6th December because I had heard nothing, they said sorry - please wait another 3-5 business days and they'd get back to me. I wrote them an email on the 20th and then called them today (23rd). They said they'll send me a refund in 5-7 business days (been here before!) and I should order the laptop again via their website, and they would then refund the difference. I said that's sounds complicated and they've proven they're not trustworthy - I don't want a refund, I want the laptop that I ordered. Lenovo said, "We can't do that because it's out of stock". I said how am I supposed to order it then?! Apparently it's not their problem. I said why haven't they got back to me at all, they said they don't need to - they expect me to call them to get an update. They then said they could've emailed but they don't have my email address. I pointed out they've emailed me dozens of requests to review the Lenovo that I have never received, and at my request, on December the 6th they followed up my phone with a confirmation email. They refused to send my email from the 20th on to their complaints department. Looking at the other reviews - my experience is not an isolated incident - and Lenovo clearly don't care. Don't give them your custom. They will take your money and all you'll get back is lies.

I bought tablet, after 2 months, tablet didn’t work. Tablet in the warranty, no broken specs, no scratches. Ask me to send them. I send it. They asked me for repairs $116. I bought tablet $135. I didn’t pay. I told to managers. But nothing changed. They send me to Tablet no repair. Is not professional business.

I ordered a white printer and they told me they would not send me a white printer after a black printer arrived. This company is a god-awful. Do not buy from them. The customer service reps argue with you until they beat you down.

I’m genuinely at a loss for words when it comes to Lenovo’s Premium Care service. After investing in their so-called “Ultimate Plan” for 36 months, I’ve experienced nothing but frustration and disappointment. Honestly, the only thing they seem to excel at is finding creative ways to save their money and avoid providing real support to their customers. The customer service is a nightmare. Multiple calls and emails yield no resolution—just generic responses that leave you feeling unheard and undervalued. Even their employees and technicians, from what I’ve observed, appear dissatisfied with the company’s penny-pinching behavior. It’s no wonder the service feels hollow and ineffective. Their damage protection and other “ultimate” plans are utterly bogus. If you’re the kind of person who can tolerate using a laptop for only a year before it becomes unusable, then maybe Lenovo is for you. For anyone expecting longevity and actual support, stay far away. I’m currently on their 36-month plan, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. The apathetic attitude of their employees and technicians is a clear reflection of an unhealthy, toxic work culture that’s bound to hurt their sales sooner rather than later. If you value your time, money, and sanity, don’t fall for their marketing gimmicks. Avoid Lenovo’s additional services at all costs—you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration and regret.

Ordering through their website was an absolute nightmare. My address could not be accepted for some reason, which was thankfully resolved by the helpful staff. I then chose installment payment as my payment method, which for some reason just would not go through and kept giving an error. Would not recommend doing online orders for Lenovo products.

Your support is terrible, you have to go through a series of steps that get you nowhere! I bought an ideapad Gaming 3-15ARH05 Laptop - Type 82EY 3 years ago, which always gave problems and now the screen is constantly turning blue! Terrible service, terrible equipment at a high price but which behaves worse than a low-end one! I'm trying LENOVO and I just have to say: Never again!! Very disappointed!!

My husband bought this for a gift 2+ years ago. Never been able to keep it signed on to the internet, the system has done 4 Bios updates, it's a worthless POS. Will have to cave and get something else. Wouldn't even move all my items from the last computer over because of all of these issues. Yes, could have sent it off while under warranty but I paid for a NEW computer and had a lot going on in life and didn't want to have to remove all my files before sending it back, as suggested by experts. Now if I upgrade the warranty they still "reserve the right" to charge me for the previous problems anyway, even though it's their previous problems.

I just received one of the best customer service interactions from a Lenovo support team member. I work with computers and know my way around them. I called upset and needed help with catastrophic self inflected laptop issues. I know how long it usually takes to clear my mishap and I was prepared to invest my entire night to fix it. Within a minute I was talking to a real person. The support team member remained polite and professional throughout our entire interaction, and he even threw in humor. What I thought would have taken hours was fixed within 10 minutes. Apparently Lenovo preinstalled recovery options I didn’t know about. I’m not buying any other brand again.

😡😡Lenovo is deceiving customers, and I am sharing my personal experience to highlight this. I received my laptop from my college, and the adapter stopped working even though it has been less than a year. Since my laptop was under warranty, I contacted Lenovo's customer service. They asked me to send pictures of the adapter and the laptop connected to it. After two days, they responded, saying that the serial number of the adapter does not match the laptop's serial number. However, I received the laptop fully sealed from my college, and the college provided me with the matching serial numbers for both the laptop and the adapter at the time of distribution. The same issue happened with my friend, and Lenovo's customer service gave her the same response: that the adapter's serial number does not match the laptop's. This problem has affected many other students as well, and Lenovo keeps giving the same reply every time. How is it possible that the adapter’s serial number doesn't match the laptop for so many people? It seems like Lenovo is using this excuse to avoid solving the problem, and they are deceiving customers.😡😡😡

Lenovo builds tough laptops. This is a very embarrassing review. I mistakenly stood on my closed Lenovo ThinkPad L14 laptop for a few moments because I didn't realize it was right under my chair. When I opened the computer and booted it up, the screen came to life without any evident damage. Thanks Lenovo for building such a durable machine.

Lenovo is garbage! I just bought one less than a year ago and it already refuses to boot up and when I do manage to get it booted up, it will not get on the Internet. It will not update, it will not do anything. This is my second Lenovo, I bought the second one because I had such a good experience with the first. Never again these computers are trash.

Lenovos are the worst laptops everrrr... I wasted almost 1 lac rupees over this stupid machine. I have always been a HP user and 6 months into buying this device, I'm regretting it so much. I should have stuck to HP. The number of times I've to restart this laptop because it hangs so much... My four year old HP works faster and better than this. The cursor disappears as and when it pleases and so do the icons on the task bar. This is the stupidest machine ever. Please do not waste your hard earned money on Lenovo. I've learned it the hard way, I'm helping out the future buyers here. Stay farrrrrrrr away from brand. It's worthless.

PF4F5R9D Customer Review Big Steve 1.0 out of 5 stars they lie about battery life. Can't due 3 hours just runninga video Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2024 Capacity: 40GB RAM | 2TB SSDVerified Purchase I went to Lenovo site and say 8-10 hours battery life. I travel to develop[ing countries where there are regular power outages so battery life was very important to me. I hadn't traveled in a while but when I did I couldn't get 3 hours. I was well under warantee, arranged to send it back. They replaced battery and mother board. GOt it back no change in battery life. Sent it back again, with a letter saying to test and if it didn't have at least 5 hours, don't send back. It was returned they claimed with a new battery, same less than 3 hours (and sometimes during that it turned on batery saver. I didn't even have sound on and took screen shots of time, date and battery life. If you need more than 3 hours, don't buy. Other than that it's ok but as sd thought it would be faster loading.
