Obviously pillows are expensive and I was happy to spend the money knowing that there was a money back guarantee. I ordered the large size based upon my height (although I only just came into that category) and gave it a few nights but I knew that it was too high for me so I contacted James and the team who were very understanding. “Being a health-conscious person i believe I've purchased an excellent pillow that supports my spine, is nice and comfy, and has a lovely textural feel as i sleep. I'm happy with my Levitex pillow and so far my overall sleep quality has been wonderful. I'm a side sleeper, and it's one-position functionality i guess the pillow is dear in price but personally, i rather buy quality over anything else.”

“I like the extra care they’ve shown me with follow up emails and I like the size guide on their site which despite my reservations I followed and they were right. The pillow itself offers great support without being too firm or soft. The smell does take a few days to go but it isn’t offensive or overpowering. I do suffer with neck pain and migraines and although they have lent completely gone which would’ve been lovely but unrealistic it is most certainly a welcome improvement and I would buy another with no hesitation and I would also quite happily recommend it to anyone.
