“Pillow was recommended by my chiropractor. Very good pillow but you need to give it time to get used to it. It has reduced my morning neck pain. The smell does take a little while to disappear as well. Overall, one to consider if you have neck pain.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear about you're not finding the pillow suitable. We'd never recommend front sleeping, as it is impossible to optimise your sleep posture and reap the benefits while on your front.
The pillow is designed to fill in the space between your head and the bed either on your side or on your back, depending on the size you chose. It's okay if you eg are a side sleeper who turns to your back at some point in the night as movement is natural, but the position you go to sleep in is the one you spend the longest in and therefore if you have a side sleeping size, we wouldn't recommend using it to go to sleep on your back (and especially your front).

“After ordering the wrong size I contact the team who were amazing at correcting my order to get me the right size the large size is so much better for me I have suffered with back pain for some time and I’m still trying to figure out if back sleeping position or side is best so I’m alternating this at the moment the pillow is very comfortable I do feel more supported in bed as for a long time my pillow hasn’t been correct for me so now I’m trying to just work on the position in bed for my body sleeping with the pillow in between my legs is a good tip I hope I can finally get my posture in a good way and the Levitex pillow is the best pillow I’ve had thank you to the team for getting me the new large size love it”
“Bought the Levitex pillow for my wife. Also bought the Simba Hybrid & Panda London Hybrid.
Out of all the pillows, this Levitex is her favourite. The sizing is perfect, keeping her spine most in line (side sleeper). Levitex is now the only pillow she uses, will be returning the other 2. Panda London came in second, good pillow but doesn't alleviate neck pain, however the Levitex does. Would recommend trying this pillow.”
