“I would normally start the day suffering with neck pain and lower back pain. This has changed when I improved my sleep position and started sleeping on the pillow. My neck feels nice and neutral, and I think putting the other pillow between my knees is what's really helped my lower back pain.
I struggled with the foam smell on the first day but I just ended up washing the cover the pillow came in and airing the foam itself out for a night and it was fine. I'm glad I read the reviews saying it takes a while to get used to the pillow because it took me about 7 days. I'm so pleased I didn't give up though, I can't be without it now.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm afraid it sounds like you're definitely on the wrong size of the pillow, and so it didn't really stand a chance to help with snoring nor improve your sleep posture in any meaningful way.

“Don't believe everything you read in a newspaper.
Bought a pillow via a newspaper recommending it to stop snoring. It didn't stop the snoring at all but I don't get neck pain and best of all no back ache. It's changed the way I sleep. It is a fair bit smelly being made of foam but that is slowly receeding. Consultation was helpful.”

We never designed our pillow to stop snoring (we don't think that's even possible), but optimising your sleep posture and aligning your body properly has been shown to decrease it. I'm sorry this didn't happen for you, but I'm glad there have been other benefits.
The foam smell will go away, and if you'd like to speed it along, please be advised that the pillow cover is washable.

“I first brought a large pillow but struggled with it to begin with. The customer service especially Olivia has been fantastic and helped me every step of the way. I found the large was pulling on my neck when I lay on my back so ordered a medium instead. I was offered a consultation with James but was unable to to do it at the time. I spent a few months flip flopping between using both pillows. I contacted customer services again and Olivia suggested I did the consultation with James. He was fantastic very helpful and genuinely wanted to help to get things right. It’s turned out I was wasn’t pushing the pillow into the gap between my neck and shoulder enough. I also changed my sleep posture based on the dreamer position mentioned on the website. James recommended I stick with the large pillow for at least a week. After a few days I woke for the first time in a long time without neck pain or a stiff neck. Now I cannot live without my pillow. I still use the medium from time to time when I am am sleeping on an unfamiliar bed that tends to be soft. I love the pillow so much I have now bought the mattress and converted my partner to Levitex. We will be buying my son the pillow and mattress in the future. The large pillow and mattress together are perfect. I have been tracking my sleep using my smart watch and I have much more deep sleep since using the mattress. All I need now is a Levitex travel pillow and mattress topper so I can take it to the caravan or camping! A big thank you to James and especially Olivia who has gone above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions.”
