It took me a while to get used to it but as a side sleeper it seems to be the right height and support. “Really pleased with Levitex in terms of their product and their customer service. I had been suffering from neck pain after a night's sleep. I initially saw the Levitex Pillow on the Dreams website but they didn't stock all the sizes. So I eventually purchased my pillow direct from Levitex after using the 'find your size' guide on their website.
One important thing was Levitex flagging the fact the pillow would take 10-14 days to get used to - without this guideline I might have given up a couple of days when I was struggling with getting to sleep.
I was also surprised (in a good way) when James from Levitex contacted me via email to ask how I was getting on with the product. I felt that showed a high level of customer care.
I've now had my Levitex pillow for just over a month and I am very pleased with it. The pillow helps me get to sleep more quickly. I don't wake up as much during the night. “Very unlike my previous memory foam pillow where your head sinks into it. This one almost feels “spingy” in that it recovers its shape instantaneously when you lift your head and feels like it gives it more support.
