“This pillow has been a lifesaver. I have tried everything for snoring from nasal strips, nasal dilators, gum shield, nasal clips and even a scary looking chin strap. None of them worked and added together, cost quite a lot of money. Tried the pillow in desperation and didn’t think something so simple would be so effective but it’s worked and I am so happy. I also took on board the information about my sleep position and now use a pillow to keep my spine straight.
