“I have recently taken out a motorcycle insurance policy with Lexham insurance and I must say the staff who I spoke to were very helpful, the phone was answered immediately and any questions I had were answered, a total contrast to my experience with eBike ( my last insurer ) who don't answer the phone or reply to emails.”

“Very Polite, Friendly and Courteous Staff who were very helpful and could answer all of my concerns over the Insurance I required for the Model of my Classic Scooter, ( that was not standard,) and thus could not be found on comparison sites. (and who incidentally were not interested.) Every detail of the proposed Insurance Policy was covered and explained fully by LEXHAN Insurance Staff as to what my Insurance consisted of, together with the fringe benefits. The Staff were not pushy and you felt as though you mattered to them, not just a quick sale, time was not an issue, and you could ask questions that were answered in a language that even I could understand. I would definitely recommended this Company in the future.”

“Having been given the wrong reg number by accident I had to call up for correct quotes for the bike and Lexham Insurance was just amazing! They were really helpful and friendly, delivering excellent service. They offered to send the bike dealer company the insurance certificate which is when it was discovered that the reg was wrong and they simply corrected the details for me and then contacted me to let me know that it was all sorted! I am really impressed by their efficiency and consideration.”
