“Very good service Certificate of insurance was E mailed within a few minutes so we could get the motorcycle through the MOT & tax it the same day. The Insurance was on MID at the post office that day. Policy wording within a couple of days. I thought the person whom I spoke to was very professional & helpful with no stupid Questions or obstacles. I will certainly use you again. Thank you very much.”

“1. Good to actually speak to someone on the phone without "press this and press that". 2. Everyone we (Mum, me and Auntie) have dealt with have been very helpful and treated us as important - not just another person who wants to take out insurance. 3. Very impressed with last renewal - advised it wasn't worth insuring for fire and theft due to value of bike - so saving me money.”

“Very friendly and helpful. Quotes cheaper than anywhere else. Response to further enquires made by email very promptly answered. Only thing I would say is they did not advise that the fully comprehensive insurance was taken out with 2 different insurance companies, (1 third party fire and theft and one accidental damage) and so when paper work arrived I was a bit confused as to what insurance I had got. Query was answered promptly and efficiently. Would use again.”

“I have used Lexham Insurance for my motorcycle insurance for the past three years and have found them to be very helpful. For example, when one of the major insurers couldn't give me a quote on my bike as it 'wasn't listed on their system', I turned to Lexham who sorted cover immediately. Recently, I purchased an additional machine and the company that I was insured with wouldn't quote for a multibike policy. Lexham arranged a new policy for me within half an hour, ringing me back as promised and providing a competitive package. I consider this level of no nonsense service to be excellent.”

“They are extremely friendly and helpful but still professional. No silly little question is a problem. Having bought insurance from Lexham and unfortunately having to make a claim, I have found their service throughout to be without fault. They really made it as easy as possible to deal with my motorbike being written off, the settlement was quick and very fair. I would totally recommend them and am very happy to continue to use them.”

“Took out an insurance policy which, unfortunately had to cancel within the fourteen days cooling off period. No hassle at all cancelling policy, no heavy persuasion to keep it going, very friendly, easy to talk to staff. When I'm in a position to look again for insurance, will definitely look at Lexham again.”

“As most people do I shopped around when time came to renew insurance on my Scooter, on the face of it there were a couple of cheaper quotes, but on deeper investigation Lexham came out by far the best, as emergency breakdown and European recovery was included in my "classic " insurance policy. Unfortunately I have had to call upon the recovery service and found it to be excellent, simple and hassle free. Will not waste time looking around when next up for renewal, very happy with Lexham.!”
