“I can never find your website again to re-order. The invoice and your emails don't include the website address prominently, and I can never recall if I last ordered through Life Extension UK or Europe.”

“Reklamation: Ich habe soeben eine Bestellung per "kostenpflichtig bestellen" abgeschlossen - für die Bezahlung habe ich PayPal angegeben - es erschien die Meldung: "Es ist etwas schief gelaufen.Es tut uns leid." - In der Abrechnung waren meine 30 Bonuspunkte verrechnet - Als ich die Bestellung wiederholte, wies mein Bonuspunktestand "Null" aus. Wo/wie sind die 30 Bonuspunkte "versackt"? - Eine Aufklärung brächte mir 30 Eur Guthaben ein und würde mich entsprechend freuen. -- Mit freundlichen Grüßen und Dank für ihre Bemühungen M. Heinz”

“I think that you have really quality products! the only problems are that some producs are way to expensive compaired to others of its class. other products are good in price. also the site does not save the chart for long, so had to refind all the items and thats a bummer.”

“When entering your birthdate, you cannot type it yourself and you have to scroll through every month from the current one, down through the years, up until your birthyear and month.”
