War bis jetzt immer zufrieden und beziehe schon lange eure Produkte. Wenn man allerdings weniger geschickt bekommt als man bestellt hat, und als Rückschreiben geschrieben bekommt, dass das Produkt falsch ausgezeichnet wurde und das das geändert wird, finde ich das nicht gerecht , hätte mir einen Gutschein gewünscht.

The website seems to think that Ireland is in the UK and continuously prompted me to switch to the UK web site. It insisted on putting 44 (UK) in as my mobile phone prefix even though I selected Ireland several times which is 353

I went through the process of placing my order using the 15WELCOME discount I was promised as a first-time purchaser of your products through your European website. I had to stop the order and redo it because I wasn't sure I was purchasing the correct items. When I went in again, the system would not let me enter the discount code which could have been as much as $25. Your products are very expensive and I usually try to find alternatives. But believing I would save some money, I decided to go ahead and order some products. I am very unhappy that I was not allowed to use my discount.

I placed my order on September 23rd and have not received any feedback on its progression since then. I contacted the customer service and they replied immediately. Unfortunately there's been an issue which still remains to be resolved.

Please do something about your address format. I live in the English countryside, where there are no house numbers but just names of houses. It took me forever to get past you repeatedly asking for a number and I nearly gave up. Indicating that I wanted to pay via PayPal was the only way to proceed with the order. So frustrating! You have wasted far too much of my time! I have ordered fron you before and did not have that problem...so something must have changed. Why?

Hola! Son comentarios sobre el funcionamiento de la página web y la venta. Ayer me registré y quise aprovechar la oferta de bienvenida con la cual hacían un 15% de descuento más gastos de envío gratuitos. Al hacer mi pedido me cargaba gastos de envío. Se quedó el pedido pendiente, sin finalizar, a la espera de respuesta. Escribí a atención al cliente, a un correo de dudas, y hoy me han enviado como hacerlo, el cupón o vale a incluir en el pedido para canjear. Hoy, al ir a entrar a la web, no reconocía mi mail, que registré ayer. Tampoco me dejaba registrarme de nuevo ya que identificaba mi mail como ya registrado. Al final, después de cerrar y abrir la página varias veces, hacer lo que pensaba pudiera funcionar, perder mucho tiempo, y ya no saber qué más hacer he cambiado la contraseña y finalmente he podido entrar y hacer mi pedido. Al hacer la tranferencia he querido poner un mail de la empresa para que les llegara un mail de confirmación de la tranferencia realizada y no sabía donde encontrarlo. He puesto el de información, el mismo al que escribí ayer. Espero sirva mi comentario para mejorar. Todavía no he probado el producto. Me encantó esa parte del pedido donde pone toda la información y se puede copiar rápidamente los datos (aquí es donde eché de menos un mail de la empresa para notificar la transferencia). Muchas gracias.

Incluso puede hacer un pedido por teléfono para no tener que preocuparse de algún problema con la web puntual. Tenga en cuenta que usted envía el pago por transferencia a un sistema de pagos automatizado, por lo que no es necesario enviar copia de la transferencia ni esto acelera ningún proceso, ya que tiene que aceptarlo el sistema de pagos, no nosotros Atención al cliente Life Extension
