“Website handles poorly. Difficult to navigate and does not work in many aspects”

“* el contenido de la cesta desparece de repente (sin salir de mi cuenta) y tuve que volver a hacerlo * hay demasiada publicidad, cada vez que añado un producto a la cesta me sale lo de "otros han pedido el colágeno", molesta mucho, ocupa casi más sitio que el pedido en si, muy molesto * sale una página enigmática en las direcciones con lenguaje ininteligible con las que, supongo, son todas mis direcciones. es molesto y me llevó a hacer por error un pedido a otra dirección que ahora he tenido que repetir. o sea, que he tenido que hacer 2 veces el mismo pedido, a diferentes direcciones. en general la página es muy incómoda. gracias”

“It is a problem, that you can not keep your basket -just in the basket (before ordering), so You shall start all over again.-it takes the view. Other companies can do that -of course it can not stay here long time, but it dissepaers - it should not be a secure problem, because you log in. This is written from a long time loyal customer - since 2012 (It is also bad for the view, that you have the advertisment left for the basket)”

“I've mentioned this before. Long delivery times. Why? My last order of 13 January was not delivered until 22 January.
