This was my first order, i created an account for it to receive the 15% coupon but when i tried to apply it it said i dont fulfill the requirements although all requirements listed are 1. first order and 2. newly registered of which both were applicable to my situation. i had to pay full price and shipping even though i specifically signed up for the coupon and met the requirements stated in the coupon email.

No home delivery happened.no phone contact despite customer was waiting. Leaving the package 5 km from home, no train possible. Walking. . Mondiale relay was only 300 m from my home. Don’t trust UPS FOR DELIVERY.!

The problem is not with you, but with the distributor you work with - UPS. I still don't have my order. It was supposed to be delivered last Thursday (17/05). They have an indication on their website that the address is insufficient when through your invoice it could easily be seen that it is completely complete. I have already given the address to the delivery boy who contacted me this Tuesday (22/05). I keep myself without receiving anything
