Prices have increased too much and then many products are no longer available. For example, why can't I buy Ultra Prostate Formula anymore that worked so well for my prostate?

The order process for B2B is the most inefficient of all 6 distributors we have. Most have now through API solution

Repeated occurence ! Product "Astaxanthin" is not available. Only notice to be reminded or placement on notepad is possible. Why isn't it possible to order it and get it shipped separately after product availibility ? Ordering product in 2 weeks is extra effort and has no customer nor Supplier benefit. Please advise

I used my 24 bonus points but the order was declined y credit card in the first attempt. When I tried again, my points disappeared and I lost them. Very poor service

Good products, but a stunning history of price increases. Several products increased >30% in 3 years. Moreover, I hate it how data protection is dealed with. You order and get a newsletter which you don't want. Then, you have to invest time to get rid of it. Each order that process again.

had to place the items twice into the basket, it kept losing the items and resetting the basket to zero product, - in the process of this I have lost access to my previous points and could not redeem 5 points that the system thought I redeemed already. By the way, this is not the first time this has happened ... fix the bugs please
