I think £15 postage is very expensive, I am in the UK and you are posting from the UK. I normally use another company who don't charge postage but I wanted this specific product.

Delivery service was terrible - i had to wait 7 days for the delivery, on top of that - the magnesium that is chulabule was smelted... Who can imagine sending something across Europe for 7 days during a heatwave would melt the incredients ?! Othewise - its a quality brand, and i am relativly happy with the otherwise expensive staff.

Hallo, ich möchte Folgendes ergänzen - daher nun zwei Sterne - die Produkte sind hervorragend. Allerdings sind die Umverpackungen unverhältnismäßig groß - teilweise ist nur ein Drittel gefüllt. Warum? Hier sollte von Seiten des Management die Verpackungsgröße überdacht werden - den Umwelt Ansprüchen Genüge getan werden - es ist einfach unnützer Plastik Müll - die eingesparten Material Kosten könnten den Preis positiv beeinflussen. Hallo Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir können verstehen, warum man annehmen könnte, dass die Menge der Pillen in der Flasche die Größe des Produktbehälters bestimmt; das ist jedoch ein Irrtum. Tatsächlich wird die Größe der Flasche in erster Linie von der Größe des Etiketts bestimmt, nicht von der Größe der Kapseln oder der Anzahl der Kapseln. Aufgrund spezifischer Bundesvorschriften ist neben den Anforderungen an die Informationsetiketten, wie z. B. Angaben zu Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, Vorsichtshinweisen, Warnungen, Anweisungen usw., eine bestimmte Schriftgröße auf den Produktetiketten erforderlich. Da wir die Etikettenschrift nicht weiter verkleinern können, bestimmt die Etikettengröße die Flaschengröße. Obwohl dies dazu führen kann, dass Flaschen größer als nötig erscheinen, ist es erforderlich, um den aktuellen CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) einzuhalten. Wir müssen im Rahmen der Bundesetikettenvorschriften arbeiten. Dennoch ist unser Produktentwicklungsteam bestrebt, nach dem Verpacken unserer Produkte so wenig Platz wie möglich übrig zu lassen, da dies wirtschaftlicher ist, weniger Schäden am Produkt verursacht und auch umweltfreundlicher ist. Und schließlich könnte es Sie interessieren, dass die Flaschen unserer Produkte recycelt werden können. Wenn Sie auf den Boden des Behälters schauen, sehen Sie das Recyclingsymbol und die Nummer, die für die Sortierung von Wertstoffen verwendet wird. We can understand why one would think that the amount of pills in the bottle drives the size of the product container; however, it is a misconception. In actuality, the bottle's size is primarily driven by the label size, not capsule size, or the number of capsules. Due to specific federal regulations, in addition to informational label requirements, such as supplement facts, cautions, warnings, directions, etc., a particular font size is required on product labels. Since we cannot decrease the label font any further, the label size determines the bottle size. Although this can result in bottles that appear bigger than necessary, it is required to comply with the current CFR (Code of Federal Regulations). We must work within the federal label requirements. Nevertheless, our product development team aims to have as little space left over as possible after packaging our products because it is more economical, causes less damage to the product, and is also more environmentally responsible. Lastly, you may be interested to know that the bottles of our products can be recycled. If you look at the bottom of the container, you will see the recycling symbol and the number used for sorting recyclables. I tried a way of payment , aber did not succeed. And after that, I couldnt change the payment method. No way out. Only after some hours of waiting, I could order again.

Even though I have purchased items from you over a very long period, I have found the process to be most time consuming with this order. My details were required to be inputted repeatedly .
