“Todo parecía perfecto. Me registré como miembro Prime por todos los beneficios que ofrece y con la esperanza de hacer compras futuras. Según la información en la página web, la entrega debería ser de 24 a 48 horas, y en temporada alta, de hasta 72 horas. Sin embargo, han pasado 9 días y mi pedido aún no ha salido del almacén”

“The credit card option does not work only paypal option works, and when credit card option fails it erases all the shopping cart products. Also no option to leave the VAT number which is not in accordance to the EU laws and best practices of ecommerce.”

“Requiring a number in the address line means I have had to add a random number to a shipping address which doesn't have any numbers in it. This means that now the order might end up at the wrong location. Get rid of this rule please. Not every address has a number in it.”

“Someone might want to actually try the check out ... The address completion section of your checkout requires the customer to name the council they live in and then forces them to choose from a huge list of 100's which are not in alphabetical order. Unnecessary and waste of time.”

“Easy to order - unfortunately hard with shipment through UPS, as this is the only option nowadays. Earlier I could choose between DHL and UPS - and always took DHL - as they are reliable and fast deliveries, with UPS I never gets my deliveries - as they only drive past and send a not "we have tried to deliver, but no one is at home" (N.B I work from home - so I am at home). I use to call UPS as least 3 times for each delivery to make the delivery happen. They say that the chauffeurs has such a tight schedule that they pass through some customers, as they see it is a home address and then hope not one is and mark the delivery as "customer not at home" as they want to put all deliveries at a shop far away for me to collect - but I have ordered to my home as I work from home - not to a shop far away. This makes me think twice before ordering from you as it is so hard with UPS. I do not live in a small town, I live in Göteborg, one of the biggest cities in Sweden - so this should work - but never does - with DHL it worked PERFECT (I would prefer to pay extra to get my deliveries with DHL). Now I have ordered two shipments from you - and soon the "headaches" will start - to call at least 3 times per order to UPS and ask them to deliver to my home = this usually delays the arrival with at least 10 days = not good.”
