Sending out a message for n Your Christmas calendar with ”free shipping” and then it shows up that its not an offer….smaller text say you maybe can win it. Like in a cheap Chinese market. Your brand is sinking!

Web site clunky and the volume discount actually costs you more! Select two items and the 5% discount drops £1 below free delivery threshold of £69 so they charge you £7 and it’s a 5-7 day delivery window! So two items actually costs me

It is very sad that you use not so safe additives in your products like maltodextrin and serates etc. Otherwise I would have bought significantly more from your company.Life Extension is not a brand I can blindly trust. I need to read all ingredients to see which products are less harmful to buy which is unnecessarily time consuming.

Dear customer. thanks for your feedback While we understand that concerns have arisen regarding the use of inactive ingredients such as maltodextrin, and we found it vital to review the research that was being used to support these allegations and exam them for relevance and validity. Maltodextrin is affirmed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe). Most importantly, Life Extension only uses minimal amounts to enhance the quality or the manufacturing process of our products. GRAS ingredients have undergone extensive testing to ensure safety. None of the inactive ingredients or dosages of inactive ingredients found in our products have been shown to be a detriment to human health. Nevertheless, we always encourage customers to provide us with the information they have reviewed that states otherwise. We are happy to evaluate the information and assess the validity of the source and information. One concern for using maltodextrin is that ALL maltodextrin is derived from GMO corn. Media and marketing industries would have you believe that non-GMO corn is nowhere to be found, which is not accurate. Although it may be difficult to find, we were able to do so in order to support customer requests to make our products non-GMO. Furthermore, though maltodextrin is derived from non-GMO corn, there is no quantifiable amount of corn found in the final product. The Super K does not have a wheat allergen warning and is considered gluten-free. Furthermore, many plant-derived products (e.g. herbal extracts, nutraceuticals) contain high amounts of volatile and/or temperature sensitive bioactive compounds that are easily damaged or lost during the drying and manufacturing process. Conversely, maltodextrins have low reactivity and are mostly unaffected by changes in temperature and acidity. Therefore, using maltodextrin as a carrier for these delicate molecules during the drying process (drying carrier) helps to minimize the loss of important bioactive phytonutrients. Additional benefits of maltodextrin use include: • Function as a drying carrier to reduce the active ingredient’s stickiness and the tendency of medicinal plant extracts (which naturally contain high amounts of sugars, carbohydrates, and organic acids) to clump during drying and storage. Therefore, maltodextrin sprayed on the active ingredients allows the final product to be more free-flowing, which helps to ensure uniform density of complex active materials. This is why maltodextrin is used in the Super K to function as a carrier for the vitamin K2 as MK-7. • Combining active compounds with maltodextrin can help maintain their potency and keep them firmly lodged inside of capsules without altering them or degrading them over time. Consequently extending the shelf-life of the natural ingredients. • Aid in moisture control by reducing hygroscopicity (i.e., reducing its ability to attract and hold water from the surrounding environment). This is important because water can attract microbes and mold, which are not desirable in dietary supplements thereby reducing microbial contamination. • Can be used responsibly in trace amounts that are too small to be a significant source of carbohydrates in the diet. Such a minute amount (as is used in Life Extension products that include maltodextrin) would not cause adverse effects on blood sugar or weight gain. For example, our Super Omega-3 has 8 mg per softgel. One gram (1 g) or 1000 mg of maltodextrin equals 3.8 to 4 calories, so 8 mg of maltodextrin in a fish oil softgel is only 0.03 calories. This minute caloric value does not represent a concern regarding an increase in blood sugar or increase in weight. Please be aware that some other supplement companies have maltodextrin in their products but do not list it on the label. Although the amount of maltodextrin used is proprietary information, these companies feel that since the raw material supplier added maltodextrin in the drying process, and they did not add it themselves, then they do not have to list it on the label. Life Extension feels this is a misleading practice. We take a more honest approach and list every inactive ingredient that is in our products. For other companies that do not list maltodextrin on the label (especially herbal products), we strongly suggest consumers get third party verification that it does not contain any maltodextrin if that is a concern for them. We have tested other companies’ products and found maltodextrin that was not listed on the label. Customer Service

Third attempt to order: 2 Cancellations already, we have to pay two times pay bank fees just for fun. Reason: The company Stichting Mollie does NOT provide a valid address of the account ownwer. An Address of account owner is needed for a complete and accepted bank transfer. Stichting Mollie cannot provide a real world address. We dop not need Internet Cloud links. We need a address consisting of Name , Zip-Code and City, Street , Country. Our second attempt was obviously in time , but the arrival was for reasons we don't know too late. Sorry, I'm angry. And now one of the products I order the third time is out of stock. No I pay with credit card, which I could not use the first and second order attempt.

Grundsätzlich finde ich die Produkte gut und ich vertrage sie auch gut. Allerdings sind sie extem teuer. Deshalb kaufe ich gerne bei Rabattaktionen. Bei der heutigen habe ich dann endlich 15% gewonnen - leider kann ich das nicht einlösen, da meine drei Lieblingsprodukte (wie lifeextension mix tabletten) nicht auf Lager sind. Sowas habe ich hier leider schon öfters erlebt. Bei einer Aktion konnte ich zugreifen und habe Omga3 mit MHD uner drei Monaten erhalten (ohne vorherige Info dazu). Da ich dann mehrere einer Sorte kaufe, die deshalb länger haltbar sein müssen, wollte ich die hier sehr gepriesene Retoure in Anspruch nehmen. Die muss man aber selber bezahlen - das kostet 12 Euro, da die Rerourenadresse in den Niederlanden liegt. Erst auf Anfrage wurde mir eine deutsche Adresse für die Retoure genannt, die ich obwohl von lifeextension verursacht, selber bezahlen musste. Ein gutes Produkt (laut meiner Ärztin), aber der Service und die Preise finde ich deshalb nicht so toll.

The products are good...this is my second order..yet my discomfort and why I was hesitant to order more is because of customer service. Both via email and by the phone there's this dismissive attitude! Over the phone is all "it should be shipped today... it should this, it should that..." the person on the phone even laughed at me cause I was asking about information that's stated in the website and he said: "sometimes it works like that and sometimes it doesn't .." what kind of answer is that? in my first order I asked about shipping times since the tracking number wasn't updating and I got scolded by email about how I live in Spain and the store is in Holland... it has been very disrespectful...I almost didn't order this second time... just asked about why it hasn't shipped since its been 2 days since I ordered, and the person over the phone tells me: " that can happen..." there's no concrete answers and he doesn´t know when my order will arrive ... really ? this is a very disappointing customer service ...still, here I am with no idea when ill get my order ...

Su pedido ha sido correctamente entregado y en tiempo habitual, sólo 6 días laborables, por lo cual no entendemos mucho su insatisfacción. UPS a veces necesita hasta 3 días laborables para actualizar tracking. En todo momento transmitimos la información lo mejor posible, lamento que si hemos intentado ser cercanos quitando hierro al asunto de un desfase habitual para tranquilizarla usted se lo haya tomado negativamente hacia usted.
