“Your web page is extremely slow. Checked WIFI on other sites and it works perfect. Apart from that: Excellent products and very good January discount. I will recommend this site for others - but you really need to do something with your web page. Thank you.”

“A very difficult website to find anything. The search box does not work on the home page. Eventually found the omega 3 gummies but then the payment by credit card would not work. (and the address box demands a house number when we have only a name. Hope you will find these comments helpful and enable you to make the website more user friendly. Thanks”

“Niacin 500 mg caused a huge all-over-the-body flush which lasted for over 2 hours. Although the website mentions it, precautions should be taken.”

Niacin in the form of Nicotinic acid like this always produces this effect, actually any Niacin which doesnt say 'No Flush' or specifically is 'Niacinamide' As you say even our website mentions it, so we really dont understand your score. Customer Care

Lamentamos decir que esto no es cierto. Si no sabe localizar dónde está la posología, que está sencillamente en 'Contenido del producto' y luego debajo de la tabla nutricional, sólo tiene que escribirnos y se lo indicamos amablemente. Casi ningún producto nuestro tiene como tal contraindicaciones igual que tampoco lo tienen la mayoría de alimentos. Atención al cliente

Lamentamos que está revisión no se atiene mucho a la situación real con sus pedidos en particular, ya que prometemos enviar en unas 24/48 horas laborables y sus dos ultimos pedidos tras el periodo de Navidad se han enviado en 48 horas laborables. Máxime cuando usted es un mayorista y un mayorista puede esperar un retraso algo superior en ciertas ocasiones. Atención al cliente

“I already had an account with your web site, but it would not accept my password. When I asked for a password re-set email, none arrived. I had to register as a new customer. All of this aggravation wasted over 30 minutes of my time, instead of taking only a few minutes. Your products are good; your order system not so easy to navigate.”
