The problem is not with you, but with the distributor you work with - UPS. I still don't have my order. It was supposed to be delivered last Thursday (17/05). They have an indication on their website that the address is insufficient when through your invoice it could easily be seen that it is completely complete. I have already given the address to the delivery boy who contacted me this Tuesday (22/05). I keep myself without receiving anything

As a first time customer i received a voucher for a 15% discount and free shipping. I couldnt see where to enter the code on checkout. Very disappointed

In meinem Bestellvorgang war keine realisierbare Zahlart integriert. Deshalb habe ich den Service angerufen, der mir einen Link zum Bezahlen meiner Bestellung geschickt hat. Mut diesem Link habe ich auch die Bestellung bezahlt, aber scheinbar hat dieser Zahlbetrag Sie nicht erreicht ... Ich hoffe, nun habe ich für diese Lieferung nicht doppelt bezahlt ...
