“I already had an account with your web site, but it would not accept my password. When I asked for a password re-set email, none arrived. I had to register as a new customer. All of this aggravation wasted over 30 minutes of my time, instead of taking only a few minutes. Your products are good; your order system not so easy to navigate.”

“Web site clunky and the volume discount actually costs you more! Select two items and the 5% discount drops £1 below free delivery threshold of £69 so they charge you £7 and it’s a 5-7 day delivery window! So two items actually costs me”

Bonjour, Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous n'avez pas pu commander le produit demandé. Veuillez noter que le volume de commandes a été plus élevé que prévu le Black Friday et le Cyber Monday, ce qui peut expliquer pourquoi certains produits sont en rupture de stock.
