I love your products, but your website offers 15% off the first order if you sign up on your mailing list. I signed up, went to order, but never received a discount code. I'm sure it will come later, but it seems very misleading.

Deje mi teléfono por sino estaba en casa y no me llamaron cuando vinieron a entregar el paquete. Podían haberlo dejado a un vecino, pero me hicieron ir a un punto de recogida. Esa es mi queja.

While the products are excellent and I will keep using them on this occasion the box they were delivered in was damaged, slightly open at the bottom as it was flimsy. To be cautious I discarded them as I am consuming them. If you could tape the base of the box it won’t open so easy.

It's a shame that some products, such as the D3 3000 ie, are not available in the Netherlands. Other suppliers do.

Produits très interressants mais site non fonctionnel, j'ai du m'y reprendre à plusieurs reprises. Difficultés à trouver les produits, la carte crédit ne passe, panier vidé au moment de changer le mode de payement. Bref un galère !
