“Very disappointing experience. Despite being a loyal customer and placing significant orders above 1000 Euros regularly, the most recent shipment took 4 weeks to arrive and required several follow-up and complaint emails before any progress was made. Delivery delays can happen, but the lack of proactive communication and the need to repeatedly chase for updates are unacceptable. Reliability and customer service clearly need improvement. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will reconsider placing future orders.”

“This is my third time ordering. The second time, the order never arrived, apparently there were some mistakes and I will get a refound for my order. The first time I received the products on time, so I am giving this shop a last shot. The second ordert was supposed to be arriving before Christmas, part of it was supposed to be a gift. I think cancelling the order and saying "sorry, you will get your money back" after I contact support is not the customer retaining way of handling the issue.. No response came to my follow up email where I asked if the products can be sent again as I need them, but I chalk that up to the holiday period as the first response was quick. Anyway, the best practice would be to give a coupon or atleast write a proper appology if you mess up orders in the holiday period. Or you will lose customers..”
