Sigo esperando el pedido, me mandaron un Mail diciéndome que lo recibiría el día cinco de 13:00 a 17:00 estuve esperando no llegó nada estamos a día nueve y todavía no sé dónde está mi paquete. He hablado por teléfono y no saben nada. Me parece vergonzoso que espere otras 48 horas

Estimada Mercedes, Sabemos lo frustrante que puede ser en alguna ocasión una incidencia o retraso en el transporte internacional. Para eso tenemos nuestro dedicado equipo de atención al cliente, que lógicamente no puede saber más que el feedback que proporciona el transporte una vez que le preguntamos. En este sentido hemos sido diligentes recabando información y estamos aún esperando su respuesta al mail que le hemos enviado esta mañana tal como nos ha solicitado UPS, ya que necesitan confirmaciones adicionales por su parte. Life Extensions Europe strictly operates via UPS. I ordered with the Home delivery, the driver was circling my building for 4 days, failing to attempt the delivery. Lying that I wasn't at home, or that he didn't know my address. I called UPS every day, and they assured me to make the driver come back or leave a note for him with instructions if he is struggling the next day. Nothing worked. For 4 days, I stayed at home and changed my plans just to wait for the driver. When on Friday I was watching the window and realised the guy didn't even stop by my building, I honestly started crying. This whole experience caused me a mental breakdown. I still didn't get my product! The helplessness of UPS and its ability to manage its drivers just shocked me. Their response on the phone was: "The driver saw the message with entry details and chose to ignore it and leave." "We cannot force drivers to carry phones or contact the office or the receiver." I wish in the future Life Extensions Europe would offer different options when it comes to delivery companies. In Finland we have a big trust and a smooth experience with Matkahuolto, Posti and Budbee. Both UPS and DHL have a worse reputation here, as they are not local and operate without any strict standards and supervision.

No se ha aplicado el descuento que hay en la pàgina, el producto anteriormente valia 33 € y estava con dto a 28€, se me ha favturado 33€ mas transporte y el dto 15WELCOME tampoc se ha aplicado

Dear Life Extension Europe Team, I recently placed an order (Order #300090046) on 23/07/2025 for the following items: - NAD+ Cell Regenerator™ and Resveratrol Elite™ (3 units, €45.32/unit) - Applied discounts (Miss You Campaign, Affiliate, and Bonus Points) Upon completing the payment via Credit Card, I noticed that the total amount was charged in Pounds (£110.56) instead of Euros (€), which is the currency displayed for all product prices and subtotals in my order summary (attached screenshot for reference). I kindly request clarification on this discrepancy and assistance in resolving it. Specifically, I would like to: - Understand why the payment was processed in GBP despite the prices being listed in EUR. - Request an adjustment to reflect the correct amount in EUR or a refund for the difference due to the currency conversion.
