Se ha enviado a una dirección equivocada y se ha dejado sin decir nada a la persona. Afortunadamente ha abierto el paquete y el albaran era correcto y me ha llamado. Mañana pasaré a recogerlo porqué ésta tarda trabaja. Agradeceria revisasen la documentación de entrega. El nombre de la calle y el número, és el mismo, pero la población, NO. Saludos. Joan Pujol

Unfortunetelly I paid for home delivery of my products and they have deliveried them in a pick-up point without even trying to reach my adress (I'm sure about that because I was home for the entire day). Therefore, the product could be good, but customer service is really poor, and for a service that I've paid for!

I tried to apply the 15% welcome discount and the website told me that the conditions were not met though all information appeared correct. The message said that when I completed the payment it would automatically subtract the discount, but it did not do that.

I have had multiple delivery problems with GLS and UPS. I made an order on April 27 and am still waiting for my parcel. I have been a client for decades !!
