They sent me faulty product. Upon contacting customer service no solution's been provided. Costumer service very rude! This is a very poor customer service and a pretty low class handling.

The web site checkout was useless. Once it had decided it didn't like my debit card there seems to be no way to switch to a different card. After wasting a lot of time my workaround was to go back and redo the order. TERRIBLE!

UPS left the parcel with a local parcel shop instead of delivering to my address, even though I was at home. I am diasabled so it took nearly a week to get a friend to collect it as I have not been out of my flat in 5 years. I spend £300 per month with Dr Mercola and you could have had some of that business. It just show how a lazy courier can lose you business. I will NEVER order from you again!

According to our delivery policy, with Home Standard delivery, UPS should make one delivery attempt at your home address before redirecting to a pickup location. However, it sounds like this process didn't work as intended in your case, particularly since you were home and available to receive the package.
