hello, i´m a new customer and received a welcome voucher. The 15% discount and free shipping offer wasn't accepted. I'm now trying the products without the discount, but I'm already disappointed. not a good start for new customers....

Me habeis enviado un correo que se traduce solo con el google translator y un codigo en español cuando hay que meterlo en ingles. Lo comento con el agente de turno (Adolfo) y no solo me llama mentiroso, no solo me miente a la cara diciendo que jamas ha pasado eso para luego decirme que hacia meses que no le pasaba, si no que cuando le expongo que es la primera vez que me ocurre y estoy acostumbrado a comprar en diversas marcas, me dice que es mi culpa.

Lamentamos que falte a la verdad cuando se ha mantenido por supuesto nuestra amabilidad en todo momento y usted no ha admitido la explicación que le hemos dado en ningún momento. Por supuesto este año no ha pasado nunca, quizás a una persona o dos hace 1 o 2 años, obviamente cae fuera de nuestra responsabilidad si un cliente manipula con un traductor el texto original que nosotros enviamos. Todo ello a pesar de que le hemos ayudado. Dado que no está satisfecho con nuestro servicio procedemos a anular su pedido y reembolsar su importe. Atención al Cliente

any change I made in cart lead to ending up with an empty cart ... this site makes it an enormous effort to be able to place an order - wasting about 2hrs of my time to finally get around your poorly and ineffective webshop.

I asked to change the delivery address when my order was still out of France and neither you nor UPS accepted the change. My order is now in a place i cannot return to.

Unfortunately I have not received my order. UPS claim to have delivered it to an access point but they do not have it. I have wasted all this morning trying to get it UPS have an autimated answer machine which just repeats whats on the tracking
