My previous order didn't go trough. It says its open. Cant cancel or continue payment. Tried to simply order again but lost my coupon and my points in the order that didn't go trough.

We are ordering for a company. There is no field for fill up the Tax Number (UID) so the taxes have to be paid for nothing.

UPS failed to deliver on the scheduled day. That day I received an email telling me that they would deliver on that day. People were at home and available all day. Later that day, I received an email telling me the item had been dropped off elsewhere. It's at a location I cannot access and nobody asked my permission. I emailed the supplier but they appear to not care. They have stolen from me. They took payment but have not provided the product. I am very happy that I only made a small order as a test case. I have lost money and this supplier has stolen from me, but at least it was not a great deal of money.

Hola, vivo en Canarias y se supone que deben descontar el IVA, pero no lo hacen. Además si lo interviene la Aduana me cobran encima el 7% de IGIC ñademas el DUA. Lo corroboré sin logearme y como peninsular, si por ej. son 100 € le cobran 75 + 25 de impuestos. Total 100€... y con la acreditación de haber pagado 25 de impuestos que podrían ser recuperables. Pero al logearme e identificarme como residente en Canarias, debo pagar Total= 100€ acotando un 0% de VAT. RESUMIENDO: Peninsular paga 75€ Canarias paga 100€ (+envío más caro y talvez impuestos de aduanas) Además en vuestra página de información al respecto informan claramente que hay zonas y países exentos del VAT Por favor revisen que sucede, porque gasto mucho en pedidos todos los meses y me está perjudicando bastante económicamente.

Buenos días, Entendemos su cuestión pero en realidad usted no paga ningún IVA viviendo en Canarias. Simplemente los precios de clientes finales son armonizados, tenga en cuenta que el IVA es totalmente distinto en cada país de la UE variando del 6% al 25% y no por eso los precios varían para envíos a un país u otro. Sencillamente no pagamos IVA por su precio en Canarias y sí lo pagamos por el precio en península, siendo el precio final idéntico en ambos casos. El precio final va a ser siempre idéntico desde al menos 2021 en todos los destinos a los que enviamos. Sobre los cobros aduaneros, los cuales son una cuestión totalmente ajena a nosotros, usted es libre de pagarlos y recibir el paquete. Está en su derecho claro de no aceptar el paquete y cuando regrese de vuelta le devolvemos el importe. Lamento cualquier circunstancia de carácter burocrático/político de Canarias sobre lo que nosotros no podemos influir. Cualquier otra duda o cuestión estaremos encantados de atenderle. Vor einer Woche habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Bis heute wurde nichts geliefert. DHL-Status ist 25.5. unverändert: »Die Sendung wurde elektronisch angekündigt.»

Zuerst einmal zu dieser Lieferung: Bei dieser Lieferung waren die MHD Daten der Mega EPA extrem kurz. Der ich nenne es jetzt mal Kundenservice reagiert nicht wirklich hilfreich, man könne sich vorher ja über die MHD informieren. Seit 13 Jahren kaufe ich bei Ihnen ein und war bis jetzt weitestgehend zufrieden bzw. es wurden kundenorientierte Lösungen gefunden. Jetzt soll ich als Kunde für eine mangelhafte Lieferung auch noch den Rückversand übernehmen. Dann erhalte ich schon seit geraumer Zeit keine Newsletter mehr nachdem ich diese in deutscher Sprache zugestellt haben wollte. Auch der Feedbackbogen sollte bei einem deutschen Kunden in dessen Sprache sein. Alles in allen stelle ich eine extreme Verschlechterung der Qualität und des Service fest.

Remedies ar the best but the shipping package was not secure enough. some bottles had silver paper, others only plastic with the risk that they would bump and break as it has already happened to me twice.

Sono anni che ordino da loro ma nell ultimo ordine fatto ad aprile mi sono stati mandati gli integratori con scadenza a dicembre , pensare che quelli xhe avevo già in casa hanno scadenza nel 2023

Ci sforziamo di fornire prodotti con una durata di conservazione notevolmente superiore a un anno al momento dell'acquisto, e questo è ciò che i nostri clienti sperimentano normalmente per la maggior parte dei prodotti. A causa di circostanze come le restrizioni all'importazione e le conseguenti procedure di importazione prolungate, occasionalmente le durate di conservazione rimanenti possono essere più brevi di quella. Si prega di notare che una bottiglia dei nostri prodotti a base di olio di pesce (prendendo la dose ottimale consigliata) è progettata per durare un mese, quindi una durata di conservazione di 8 mesi rimanente dovrebbe comunque essere confortevole per i nostri clienti. I hate UPS. I was at home when the driver ring bell at the build gate; I opened the door; I see he came to the stairs. Why did not he bring the box to my flat, why did he take it to the collection point. Similar things happened many times before. If this continues I won't buy again from Life Extension!!!

I have no problem with the customer experience on your site, but since you use UPS as your shipment carrier, and they have lost my package. Well, I am not happy, and it is not my first bad experience with UPS. Consider using other carriers, please.

We strive to provide products with a shelf life considerably greater than one year at the time of purchase, and this is what our customers normally experience for the majority of products. Due to circumstances such as import restrictions and resulting prolonged import procedures, occasionally the remaining shelf lives can be shorter than that. Please note that a bottle of our fish oil products (taking the recommended optimal dose) is designed to last for one month, and thus a remaining shelf life of 8 months should still be comfortable for our customers.
