Poor delivery via UPS who did not stop the car 5 min to deliver but left the package outside the city, out of reach for me.

There is always troublr with UPS. Please use other sdelivery in the future. Like DHL or the Sedish Postnord.

I was very happy with your processing time of orders, but in lasth two months there are delays in shipping times. For instance order 40598440996 - you needed almost 1 week to hand over package to GLS. mer. 23 mars 12:03 (il y a 6 jours), UPS m'a adressé le message ci-joint. Je suis allée aujourd'hui chercher le colis 29 rue du Laos mais ils ne l'ont toujours pas reçu. Dois-je attendre encore ou préférez-vous me rembourser mon colis ? Merci de me répondre avec précision.

Todavía no ha llegado el último pedido que hicimos la dirección la ponemos bien en la aplicación y sin embargo a UPS le da problemas y no nos sirve la mercancía pendiente desde el viernes que anunciaron que venían a casa

In my country, I either see the expiration date of product or delivered product have expiration date above 1 year. I have complained and was told that it is more than 6 months and therefore it is ok. I wrote your colleage - that I am buing products with aim to start consume next morning after delivery, i buy them for my own stock. I will not buy products from you, I will not risk that this situation will repeat. Obviously you do not care, becasue your manager refused to pick up doses from me and send me doses with exporation date above one year. Obviously you do not value customers.
