“I "won" a 15 % off code, but as I understand it was not applied to my order! Your Web site never works optimally, shipping options, discount codes always cause extra hassle. Please make sure I get the promised 15 % off!”

“He intentado meter el código del 15% y no me han dado opción, así que me gustaría me lo descontaran ya que es el primer pedido y me digeron que tenia ese derecho por inscribirme”

Sólo tienes que escribirnos a nuestro email cuando no te deja volver a usar el código en la pasarela de pago para solucionártelo en lugar de usar esto para penalizar nuestra calificación con la peor nota posible sin necesidad realmente alguna. Atención al cliente

“the shopping experience of the new shop website is very poor. Slow, navigation bad. Even the font size of this comment container is way to small, very hard to read. Overall a very bad shopping experience. Get the old shop back or get a better web developer.”
