“It has been 10 days and I still have not received my item. I am having to be the go between with UPS and having to send them information about my item because they will not release it.”

Este cliente tuvo su pedido entregado en un punto de entrega el 9 de enero, hasta el día 22 no nos comunicó nada. Somos siempre rápidos y profesionales, por desgracia el cliente no quiso comunicarse con nosotros para transmitirnos su incidencia. Atención al cliente

Bonjour, Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes désolés pour votre expérience de livraison avec GLS. Vous avez commandé le 26 décembre, en raison des vacances de Noël + week-end et du service limité ces jours-ci, la commande a été récupérée le lundi 30 et livrée le 3, juste après les vacances du Nouvel An (31 et 1er), où les sociétés de transport ne travaillent pas non plus. Hi, Thank you for your review. UPS made two deliver attemps begin of January, but dit not manage to deliver due to a missing appartment number in your address. “Clearly there is a problem with your product but you will not recognise this. After only 9 months of having your Buffered Vitamin C product, it turned to rock and most of it is wasted as it really is like concrete. But you will not refund me and do not even want to have the product returned to you so you can examine it. I have ordered quite a lot of products from you but won't be buying anything else from you now.”

We are sorry you are not telling the truth regarding date here because it was bought around 16months ago product. You wont find any provider who can apply a satisfaction guarantee in a case like it. We are proud to have very liberal extended 100 days satisfaction guarantee, one of longest in supplements market. Buenas, si ha contratado el servicio urgente UPS Saver y le tardó más de 2 días laborables debe decírnoslo porque como mínimo le devolvemos el gasto de envío Sentimos no haya advertido antes nuestro dedicado servicio al cliente! Atención al cliente
