Buenas tardes Tal como le comenté a Roberto en el tfno de Att al cliente que atendió desde Dinamarca por festivos en España : UPS ni mandó por email el correo de estado de envío/n⁰ de expedición ni realizó intento alguno de entrega en el domicilio indicado ni avisó por medio alguno de que el pedido estaba en un depositario o consignatario de Fuengirola. Muy mal pues por UPS que no avisa ni entrega correctamente. Muy bien por parte de Don Roberto gracias al que pudimos saber que el paquete estaba en depósito en FYX, camino de Coin n⁰1 Fuengirola Lamentablemente al dirigirme a FiX miraron someramente unos cuantos paquetes y me despidieron con un "aquí no está'. Gracias a una llamada a D.Roberto y la intervención del mismo, el personal de FIX miró con mayor detalle y... ¡¡allí estaba el paquete!! . Que por lo demás se resistían a entregar por no tener según ellos documento acreditativo par ello. De nuevo gracias a la intervención de D Roberto pudo zanjar el tema y llevar el paquete (para el que por lo demás tenía los datos de pedido de los productos) Vamos, todo un "sainete". Espero revisen protocolos con UPS y con depositarios=consignatarios de dicha empresa de transporte Atte F. Javier Serrano Dolader Prof y Abogado C129171 il .Col de Madrid

Estimado cliente, Gracias por el tiempo para poner esta reseña. Sentimos lo ocurrido con el establecimiento que funciona como UPS Access Point donde fue depositado su paquete. Me alegra saber que finalmente todo fue solucionado por mi compañero Roberto. No es algo habitual pero cada dos o tres meses en España me encuentro un caso problemático por culpa de la tienda o establecimiento que por alguna razón no localizan bien el paquete. Respecto a UPS, la información de dónde está el paquete se proporciona solamente a través del tracking de seguimiento. Si tiene cualquier problema para identificar el estado de su paquete en atención al cliente le proporcionamos esa información.

I purchased 27 different products including: ribose, carnosine, magnesium, zinc, sod, Vit c, r-lipoic acid, resveratrol, nad+, reishi mushroom, omega-3, acetyl-carnitine. I spent more than €800, and I hoped to be able to improve my health and have more physical and mental energy. unfortunately I had to stop taking the products after a few days as they caused large drops in blood pressure (the maximum pressure was around 90mmHg) and drops in blood sugar. Instead of improving my health, all of this worsened it, as with blood pressure and blood sugar so low, I was forced to bed all day with no energy. such contraindications are not mentioned in the product jars. I would add that some products have zero disintegration, as in the feces I always found entire capsule-shaped lumps expelled without having been digested. I wasted around €800 to worsen my health, and now I'm forced to throw it all away. never again

My order took such a long time to arrive that I was at the pint of canceling. I am wary of the price difference between the US and the European. About twice as expensive.

Habe ein Produkt bestellt aber das falsche wurde geliefert. Nach der Reklamation wurde das Produkt versendet und es wurde tatsächlich nochmals das falsche geliefert.

I recently reordered my Complete B-Complex. I always compare the just finished bottle with the new. GUESS WHAT!!! I find that my past product had 100 mg of the B-6 and the new JUST HAS 16MG! Also the FOLATE was changed from 680 mcg to 400 ug. AND I am betting that the new amount is SMALLER. THIS is something that I should have been notified of the formula change, when I bought the new product. NOT to mention what is the conversion for mcg to ug???? AND there is no way to plug the missing gap with any of your other products. I am taking your 2 a day capsules, but WHY the CHANGE and WHY NO TRANSPARENCY on notifying the customer. VERY SAD NEWS! Hi Thank you for your review. The bio-active B complex can be bought in 2 versions. The EU version is of a different formula, compliant with European recommendations. When you open the supplement facts you will see what the product contains. To ensure you get the high dose, you need to make sure you don't purchase the EU version. In the EU versions the EU is part of the item number e.g. #01945EU.
