“Ich habe vergeblich versucht ein Kundenkonto zu eröffnen, beim ersten Versuch mich einzuloggen wurde das generierte Paßwort nicht akzeptiert. Der Versuch, auf Ihren Vorschlag per e-mail ein neues Paßwort anzufordern schlug fehl, mir wurde keine e-mail gesendet, auch nicht als spam.
