“Please do something about your address format. I live in the English countryside, where there are no house numbers but just names of houses. It took me forever to get past you repeatedly asking for a number and I nearly gave up. Indicating that I wanted to pay via PayPal was the only way to proceed with the order. So frustrating! You have wasted far too much of my time! I have ordered fron you before and did not have that problem...so something must have changed. Why?”
