“I asked to change the delivery address when my order was still out of France and neither you nor UPS accepted the change. My order is now in a place i cannot return to.”

“The problem is not with you, but with the distributor you work with - UPS. I still don't have my order. It was supposed to be delivered last Thursday (17/05). They have an indication on their website that the address is insufficient when through your invoice it could easily be seen that it is completely complete. I have already given the address to the delivery boy who contacted me this Tuesday (22/05). I keep myself without receiving anything”
