“The ordering process was very straightforward and scheduled delivery was prompt. I've just started taking the supplements so can't report on that yet however the customer service is exceptional. Regina was really helpful in scheduling my delivery for a convenient time and when I encountered an issue with the courier, UPS, who were unresponsive in resolving the situation, I had to ask Life Extension for assistance. Rob helped resolve this issue via email and kept me informed while seeking to find a solution to the absurd situation created by UPS. I was very grateful for the support, it's great that Life Extension have an active customer service process.”
