“Some kind of bug in your system prevented me of benefiting from my welcome 20% off free shipping voucher (20FS4YOU). On step 4, I went back to check if the delivery address was right, and then I tried to go back forward to order confirmation, but was stuck on step free with a message popping up saying something like "Voucher could not be found". Tried refreshing multiple times, but apparently the order was considered cancelled. As I needed the product asap, i submitted the order again and lost the €15 offer.”
