“I have tried a few times to give more details of my address but it won’t accept it so when it arrives I have to go hunting for my parcel which ends up at a different address, so no not a great website! Sue Parker”

“I ordered supplements and they did not arrive. I wrote to them after 3 weeks (I urgently needed supplements, which I stated in my email). They send me a link to pay again which I did after initial problems because the link did not work. Supplements never came. I wrote again. They answered they did not receive my payment. I checked with my bank and they sent me confirmation of payment which I sent to them. Since then they are copy+paste their email that states they did not receive the payment. I DID NOT GET A REFUND, I DID NOT GET SUPPLEMENTS. How would you call this in a normal world?”
