“I ordered 4 lots of Palmetto Guard capsules, for £88.24 and they were supposed to be delivered to a drop off point by UPS (as they need to be signed for). I have had a notification that they were ready, and have been there twice and the shopkeeper told me he didn't have them. I have tried to phone and email, but to no avail. Please give me a refund.”
