“This is my third time ordering. The second time, the order never arrived, apparently there were some mistakes and I will get a refound for my order. The first time I received the products on time, so I am giving this shop a last shot. The second ordert was supposed to be arriving before Christmas, part of it was supposed to be a gift. I think cancelling the order and saying "sorry, you will get your money back" after I contact support is not the customer retaining way of handling the issue.. No response came to my follow up email where I asked if the products can be sent again as I need them, but I chalk that up to the holiday period as the first response was quick. Anyway, the best practice would be to give a coupon or atleast write a proper appology if you mess up orders in the holiday period. Or you will lose customers..”

“I believe that LifeExtension is a company of top-notch quality that never disappoints. Although many of their supplements contain sunflower-derived substances that I am allergic to (which is unfortunate), I regard their offer very valuable, clean, and effective. Nevertheless, the products are little pricey, but you get what you pay for.”

“You are very good but UPS is not doing well...I choose (and pay for it) home delivery....the carrier never shows up and drops the package at the first and most convenient ( to him) dropping point...not even the one close to my home....this is more and more becoming the standard UPS PRACTICE...you should do something about it....thanks”
