“I ordered an item on 3rd July (order no 300096810). On 14th I sent them an email to ask where it was. They said they would get back to me. I found out that the guy (Rob) who sent that email then went on holiday. I emailed the next week as I hadn’t heard anything and I was told by Adolf that it had been an error and he asked for my address. No apology, no sorry. I sent him an email saying that I was upset that he hadn’t said anything although I had been waiting for nearly 3 weeks. He got defensive and said I had replied to Rob’s email so he didn't feel it was necessary. That angered me. I messaged them again to ask where it was. I received it on 27th. I’m still waiting to see if I get a customer service apology.”

“el trato y la atención no es cercana. además me es curioso que no tengan un catálogo físico donde se recojan todos los productos para poder descargarlo y que sin una persona quiere consultarlo pueda hacerlo más allá de meterse en una web.”
