“Dear Life Extension Europe Team, I recently placed an order (Order #300090046) on 23/07/2025 for the following items: - NAD+ Cell Regenerator™ and Resveratrol Elite™ (3 units, €45.32/unit) - Applied discounts (Miss You Campaign, Affiliate, and Bonus Points) Upon completing the payment via Credit Card, I noticed that the total amount was charged in Pounds (£110.56) instead of Euros (€), which is the currency displayed for all product prices and subtotals in my order summary (attached screenshot for reference). I kindly request clarification on this discrepancy and assistance in resolving it. Specifically, I would like to: - Understand why the payment was processed in GBP despite the prices being listed in EUR. - Request an adjustment to reflect the correct amount in EUR or a refund for the difference due to the currency conversion. “Here's the thing. I've been using life Extensions melatonin for about three years now in conjunction with a higher dosage tablet from NOW. After reviewing the situation I realised that adding in the NOW supplement was overkill and, now that I've eliminated it, I find the Life Extensions melatonin is doing the job perfectly. It is giving my native melatonin a gentle boost. Now, a curious thing is that in my country melatonin is one of those banned supplements because it's prescription and the country's customs office has intercepted it when I bought it from other sources - but not from here.”
