“Their products are great, combined with organic food. I stopped taking all the medicines that i have been taking for years! The disadvantages are: very expensive and the parcel delivery service is not so good with the parcels.”

“Leider war meine Erfahrung mit dem Unternehmen nicht so positiv, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Obwohl das Angebot verlockend erschien, war die Informations-E-Mail schlecht übersetzt, sodass der Rabattcode nicht richtig funktionierte. Ich musste wertvolle Zeit damit verschwenden, herauszufinden, welcher der richtige Code war – etwas, das mit einer sorgfältigen und aufmerksamen Kommunikation leicht hätte vermieden werden können. Respekt gegenüber dem Kunden bedeutet, ihn nicht unnötig zu belasten. Ich hoffe, dass solche Nachlässigkeiten in Zukunft behoben werden, denn andernfalls wird das Unternehmen das Vertrauen derjenigen verlieren, die Wert auf Qualität legen.”

“I asked to change the delivery address when my order was still out of France and neither you nor UPS accepted the change. My order is now in a place i cannot return to.”
