“UPS left the parcel with a local parcel shop instead of delivering to my address, even though I was at home. I am diasabled so it took nearly a week to get a friend to collect it as I have not been out of my flat in 5 years. I spend £300 per month with Dr Mercola and you could have had some of that business. It just show how a lazy courier can lose you business. I will NEVER order from you again!”

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have your parcel left at a local parcel shop when you were home and waiting for delivery, especially given your circumstances as a disabled customer. This is definitely not the level of service we strive for at Life Extension Europe. I want to acknowledge that having to wait nearly a week to arrange collection with a friend created significant inconvenience for you, and we are truly sorry about that. According to our delivery policy, with Home Standard delivery, UPS should make one delivery attempt at your home address before redirecting to a pickup location. However, it sounds like this process didn't work as intended in your case, particularly since you were home and available to receive the package.
