“Obwohl ich Ihnen schon zweimal mitgeteilt habe, dass ihre letzte Lieferung mit zwei Tagen Verspätung eingetroffen ist und der Lieferschein nicht beiligend war (der Boden des Paketes war auch nicht über alle Zweifel erhaben) möchte ich eine zweckdienliche Antwort und nicht eine erneute Bewertungsumfrage.
