“Why is it not clear how many months premier membership last? why is it no shown in the customer profile why can one not see during ordering what benefit it brings? very very disappointing and this problem does not get resolved : if it is premium, make it premium, not rip off.”

“The webshop has a bug. I had 6 credit point = 6 EUR credit and I redeemed the credit. Then I checked out my shopping cart and I entered my prepaid credit card that had no credit on it. The purchase failed. I placed the same order again, but the 6 credit points disappeared. Can you add the 6 credit points again to my account. I will redeem next time I place an order.
