“Your webpage is very difficult to work with. It is not easy to find your full lilst of products to choose from. Whenever there is a glitch with the bank payent the items chosen are not left in the basket till the payment is made. This means the whole list of items has to be created again. It is a timeconsuming process working with your system. I am now regular customer of your company and I always end up stressed and frustrated before finally making the purchase, Regards, Derek”
