“Unclear why the Quicksilver Scientific binder is called "EU Binder" and why is the capsule version of this not available?”

Hi, Thank you for your review. US ‘Quicksilver Scientific binder’, as you say, cannot be sold in Europe due to some ingredients which became restricted as per EU regulations for dietary over the counter supplements. So, after time with this product not available and discontinued in Europe we were be able to formulate and manufacture a specific product exclusive for EU customers under EU regulations. This product is only manufactured in powder version and it's called EU Binder of course to be differentiated from US equivalent. Kind regards, Life Extension Europe team

“I was offered a discount of 20% and free shipping if I signed up for emails but I did not received the discount and I already had ordered enough for free shipping, so this is a disappointment. I am generally happy with Life Extension products but they were less expensive in the US!!!”

“It's getting more difficult to find past orders to check on the strength and size of pack one usually buys. This needs to be fixed for order people.”

“you will never accept my gold credit card but everyone else does including pay pal for this order; please sort it out and let me know when i can deal direct with you using this credit card. i have been with you for many years including before you opened up in europe and the uk”

“Your website did not check my address but my ip address for deciding whether I am in the netherlands and turned off all the "buy this item" buttons. You might want to opt for a better design that looks at the address instead of the ip address which is never reliable. Thank you!.”
