“I saw some reviews who gave even 1star saying that the product was not good enough but I ordered some products and I found it safe and sound.The product was very good. I had no problem with Light in the box. They served me welly.From now I will order everything from this site.I suggest you Light in the box,Just give it a try. I am sure they wont disappoint you. “The item was very slow to arrive. However, I am very impressed with Light in the Box. I ordered a product which was not what I was disappointed with, but everyone was very helpful and prompt in their response, and after some negotiations they refunded me. I am very pleased and recommend Light in the Box as a Company who keeps their word and is reliable.”

“Do not order from this company!! I ordered 2 pairs of leggings for m you daughter arrived within 2/3 days - from China, I don’t think so!! Very poor quality, sizing way out. Tried to contact them to return them, nightmare system to find out how to return items you need to request a ticket - took a week for someone to reply. Back and forth eventually advised to pay for postage back to China / cost me £12.10, to return and I will only be credited £20 when they arrive. Absolute disgrace, avoid at all costs folks.”
