“One interesting thing about their customer service is that they are so friendly. After three days of my shopping, I received calls from the customers service to reconfirm my satisfaction with them. “I ordered a Trijicon rifle scope from this company USHAPPYSHOP or whatever bogus name they call themselves. I was immediately charged and waited several months for my order. When it was received, it wasn’t what I ordered and in its place was a cheaply made knockoff item that fulfilled the order but it is not worth much. I have written the company and got one email in a month of writing multiple times. This company is probably a Chinese Company that does not care how they screw over and rip off Americans. How can you get remedy for something like this? Can I dispute the charge or sue? Please advise.”

“LightinTheBox is well other than available! I have ordered wholesale packages, and they really so much supportive for their customers. Their shipping times were so fast, and in all my orders, at least almost products came as it is, which is quite good, considering if one orders a lot of items. Their customer care is really amazing, they respond quickly if you have any queries and they will work with you till the issue is solved! I highly recommend ordering from these guys, especially if you are Dropshipping or just a normal online retailer, you won't regret it”

“Online shopping is great to find that one item you have been looking for forever. But you can be let down by mismatching product descriptions and images. This year, I had a very specific product in mind for my boyfriend’s Christmas gift. He had been talking about this product for a year and I wanted to impress him by getting the exact thing he wanted. I had a photo of the exact make and model that he wanted, but I didn’t know which store would have it.
