I had an excellent shopping experience with the light in the box company! I used their services a couple of weeks ago buying some clothes for a friend. At first, I wasn´t sure I was going to receive them as expected, but when I got them I was truly satisfied with the quality and the speed with which I received my package. I recommend it!

Positive highlights. I have been extremely happy with the wedding dresses and gowns that we ordered from Light In The Box. PRODUCT very good, exellent quality, Out Some Of Delivery Time, but nothing out of the common PRODUCT It Full!

I was finding a best online shooping site to order goods for me and my childs. But all others takes such a logng time and expensive fess. But recently i met this. They are providing a good fast delivery. Yeah it us really on timw as they mentioned. And less fess. And very strong customer support. Thank you

Well i want to share my experience when using Light in The Box because i think is a little slow to reach the products that i'm shipping ... but at the very end the staff is very supportive and help with my questions , and the product i buy was in a great state so apart from that i will recommend this site !

Absolute rubbish when to try to log on to your account to return item it won't let you and if you only want to return part of your order they won't let you you have to return it all. ALTHOUGH it comes from UK you then have to return to China what a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!

I ordered something and it didn’t arrive and i now consider myself so stupid that i didn’t read the reviews. So many people with so bad experiences, with their money took, with bad products.. i also lost 50€ and i am glad that wasn’t more.. i really think that the good reviews are fake and the site should be takedown. I also look at what they respond, they always feel “terribly sorry”, they want to fix the problem, but when you ask for help they don’t even look at your emails. Don’t be fooled, they took the money and never send your order, and when they do.. it’s probably a very cheap product, and of course it’s always your fault. Don’t trust, you will never see your money back!

This is Customer Service Supervisor from Lightinthebox. I am afraid that you got a misunderstanding. Please let me explain it. Your order was shipped via Germany Priority Line-GFS DPD on 2020-12-19. The tracking number is 01505270707277. You may track it from below link: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=01505270707277&fc=100007 It was found your package was not delivered successfully on Jan. 11th due to the nonavailability of the consignee. Then it was sent to your local DPD pick-up parcel shop. Our system had sent an email to your email address "so.****@yahoo.com" on Jan. 12th and asked you to pick up this package as soon as possible. However, it seems that you did not check the email we sent. Now the package had been returned to us since it was not picked up before the deadline. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. But we'd like to find a proper solution to help you out.
