“I ordered something and it didn’t arrive and i now consider myself so stupid that i didn’t read the reviews. So many people with so bad experiences, with their money took, with bad products.. i also lost 50€ and i am glad that wasn’t more.. i really think that the good reviews are fake and the site should be takedown. I also look at what they respond, they always feel “terribly sorry”, they want to fix the problem, but when you ask for help they don’t even look at your emails. Don’t be fooled, they took the money and never send your order, and when they do.. it’s probably a very cheap product, and of course it’s always your fault. Don’t trust, you will never see your money back!”

The tracking number is 01505270707277. You may track it from below link: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=01505270707277&fc=100007 It was found your package was not delivered successfully on Jan. 11th due to the nonavailability of the consignee. Then it was sent to your local DPD pick-up parcel shop. Our system had sent an email to your email address "so.****@yahoo.com" on Jan. 12th and asked you to pick up this package as soon as possible. However, it seems that you did not check the email we sent. Now the package had been returned to us since it was not picked up before the deadline. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
