“This was the first order I placed with Lights.com. I found them through a google search. Their website is easy to navigate. The Christmas window candles which I ordered came promptly. I did have a problem with one of the candles. I called customer service and was quickly told the item would be replaced. I have received the replacement and it works just fine. I would definitely recommend this website to others and would order from them again, without hesitation.”

“I ordered the wrong lights initially and called to get a return and reorder the correct lights. The rep was very helpful to get my return initiated and I was promptly credited the refund. My reorder was promptly shipped and I had the correct lights in time for Christmas decorating even though it was short notice. Great service and excellent product quality.”

“All areas were completely satisfactory. A paper explaining how my candles work would have been even better. They are battery-operated and supposed to light for 4 of every 24 hours, but no word was sent as to how to time the desired 4 hours.”

“My tea lights are wonderful so glad they come with batteries,they provided perfect light. I had trouble getting a couple of them to work but since I ordered so many it was not a problem,, I will come back for more.”

“The only thing that bothered me were the batteries in the small gift candles. Can they be purchased from you. The delivery time was extremely fast. I loved all the candles. I would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks for the great service.”

“Everything was great as far as ordering,paying etc.. it was shipping I had a little problem with. I ordered at least 10 strings of lights, different kinds. I received an email stating my order had shipped two days later I receive one box with one string of lights in it,two more days and I receive another box with one string of lights.xmas eve I received all the rest in a box that was pretty beat up .everything was fine but why not ship it all at one time.....”

“The delivery was fast. The lights were well - packed and appeared in good condition. Out of the 12 lights 11 worked and one doesnt. That was disappointing. They look nice on my tree. :) They werent designed as tree lights but I mounted them on the tree anyway.”
