“I order the gold mercury glass votives with the flameless candle in the votive. Not only are they beautiful, they arrived QUICKLY, and IN ONE PIECE. I order several plain, clear glass votive holders at the same time (to decorate, from another company) and nearly half were broken!! THANK YOU for the exceptional product and thinking of your customers while shipping them products!”

“There was one item in my large order whose power adapter did not work. I found the direct 800 number on my confirmation e-mail. I called it, waited 30 seconds for a LIVE person to answer. He spoke clearly and in a commanding way, like he could make things happen. I explained the problem, and within 10 seconds he said Ive just ordered you an exact replacement [to the whole product, not just the cord]. It will ship in 2 days and you should have it the following week I was awe-struck. Its never that simple calling companies for replacements... I asked if I needed to ship back the defective part, and he said No that wont be necessary. Have a great day. Wow ~ the whole process took 4 minutes ! I am impressed Lights.com ! 5 STARS !”

“I am completely satisfied with both the product, and the procedure to order. The color and look of the motion candles were exactly as the picture and description on line. I really like them, and will be purchasing more. I would recommend these beautiful candles to anyone. And the shipping was very quick! I wasnt expecting them so soon. So it was an exciting day when they arrived. ***”

“Love, love, love the White 7" Flameless Resin Taper Candles with Removable Silver Bases. They looked wonderful in my windows at night during this holiday season! The quality is so much better than ones I've tried in the past and the remote with varying options is awesome! Bought another set after receiving the first set so I could put candles in all of my windows.”
