“Love the candles. However 1 does not work. Even bought new batteries. I ordered four more today so hope you can throw in the extra one that needs replacement. Thanks. ***”

“When my order arrived, there were defective items in the package. I submitted a support ticket and it was handled in a timely fashion. Replacement items were sent and when they arrived, they were in good working order. I would give 5 stars if the items arrived in good working condition the first time, however, it requires additional time when items purchased dont arrive ready to go as well as delaying my intended use. Thanks for your prompt responses to the issues with my first items.”

“The copper soft white battery pack lights are great, they are pretty and bright. You can wrap them around a plant, in a glass jar, or on top of your cabinets. This are a nice idea, but a little goes a long ways. Batteries are not cheap, but a cord would not work with some applications. The flameless candles are great. I love the different sizes available. I can put them out and not worry about the kid touching or things catching fire.”
