“I love the lights I purchased. There was a problem when I ordered. I ordered 3 sets of lights, but only received 1 set. I received the other 2 sets very promptly. I would recommend to others. I will definitely purchase from your company again.”

“Product came broken. Just a petal on the flowers, did not want to mess with the return process. The other product (Christmas tree) is very cute but the lights dont work correctly.”

“Order arrived quickly. Package was in perfect condition. The only issue I had was there were no instructions on how to operate the lights. (They flashed - how to stop the flashing. There is a button to press - how many times do you press it to turn it on/off/stop the flashing.) In other words, instructions on how to operate the lights are needed. If for any reason, that is why I am hesitant to order again......the lack of instructions on use.”

“I ordered the tea lights for my table settings for our party in August. A telephone conversation with your Customer Service confirmed they will be fine then as long as they are kept as is and not turned on until then.”

“The lights were exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately I needed them rushed for an event and ordered only exactly the amount I needed (6) and one of them was broken. Because I decorated the base, I cant return or exchange. I wish I had found these sooner so that I could have had time to exchange for a working one.”

“Product quality and length of time to deliver were very good. Ordering process and customer service needs to be improved. Told me when I called about a question that my Saturday order was not actually placed until Monday but they charged my credit card on Saturday. Individual who took my call was nice but seemed to be makinnn things up as he went through the call.”

“The ordering process went simple and the amount of time it took to deliver was quick and accurate. The product was exactly what I thought I was going to receive. The only thing I would change is that the company manufacturing the lights would offer the same style light but with three wire hook-up.”

“Im very happy overall with my light fixture! Good price, good quality. I would have given 5 stars except I feel the light could have been packaged better: I ordered the sputnik light, and the arms of the light rubbed against the ball leaving scuff marks on both the arms and the ball. If the ball or arms or both had more plastic wrap to keep them separated this wouldnt have happened. The scuffs are not terribly noticeable from a distance.”

“Lights were delivered very quickly. Service A+. However, I have one candle that doesnt come on when the others do and I have to give it a shake to come on. And the battery life is not very long. Ive had my candles for a week now and theyre already showing signs of low light.”

“Satisfied with price, speed of delivery. Website was cumbersome, too much duplication and when it came time to order didnt always add/delete line items accurately. Took too much time to select and order overall. That being said, I have already recommended your website to others.”

“Ordering online was simple and fast. The switch on one of the two strands of lights didnt work correctly. Customer Service responded by shipping a new strand to a different address because of deadline issues. I didnt even have to return the bad strand. I would recommend lights.com again, as they had the product I needed where local retail stores didnt carry a product that met my needs.”
