I would like all the colors in a candle set to be the same.

My order was shipped in two different packages and arrived at different times. I was not informed that they were going to be mailed separate so I had to email to see where second package was. Customer service was wonderful and so was order but it would have been nice to know that they were being shipped separate

A lot of nice lighting options. Would like to see more solar lights. The lights that are for outdoors need to have longer lead wires in both electrical and solar options. Some of the products received have no directions included. They do have excellent customer service. I will shop here again. The quality seems good on all but one of the products I bought, and Lights.com quickly took care of it to my complete satisfaction.

I had two packages sent. I didnt this. I received that one order had shipped--I thought both lights were in this order. There was only one. You need to notify customers if there will be more than one package sent.

Order was placed for three items. Items were shipped separately. Would have liked to see all mailed at once.

Unfortunately, some of the products,2 outof the 3 that I purchased were vaguely described in the functions area,but when I called customer service they were great.

I ordered taper candles and votives. They are very nice and the votives work perfectly in my candle holders. The taper candles also work, but they were sold as being 0.75 in diameter. They are actually 0.88 in diameter so they do not fit my holders correctly. Ive had to use foil to create a stand that fits into the proper candle holder. Disappointing, but the candles themselves are wonderful!

The service was great - though the product has changed for one of the angels... Holding a star, rather than the arms going down by side. Not quite as tall, more wider dress of angel, too. Somewhat disappointed in the change, but otherwise all was fine.!

The service was great. received my candles quickly. But the remote did not work. I am awaiting a replacement. That was disappointing.

Everything except one candle came as described, but the company promptly replaced the defective flameless candle, so no problem. A pleasure dealing with this company. I would recommend to others. Good company, good customer service.

Only issue I had was a lack of shipping notification. I had no idea the product was shipped and when it might arrive. I like what I ordered and it arrived approx. 1 week after ordering, so no real delay.

All was well except we ordered 3 packages of 8 = 24 lights. One does not work. The timer doesnt time on or off.
