I ordered 60 LED candle sticks and used them for my Thanksgiving celebration. They worked great! I had two that did not work and about five more that had dead batteries. However, a majority were great and I would definitely use this company again.

I had a problem when the delivery arrived. The carton was crushed and obviously taped back together. The led candles were broken. I took photos and emailed them to customer support. I had an immediate response stating that they were re-sending my order. Great customer response. I would recommend them to others.

Yes I would definitely recommend Lights.com to others. My only comment would be that the orders were not shipped together and came about a week and a half apart even though I was informed they were both in stock.

I am still waiting for the batteries that should of been included with the order other than that the candles LED look beautiful will see when batteries are in.

For the most part everything arrived well packaged. We were missing one of the Christmas tree lights and none of the nine angels had the included batteries. Called customer service and hope fully they are following through on replacements as promised.

Everything was great, except the remote battery had to be replaced after the first use of 10 to 15 minutes! Also, the paperwork listed the incorrect size for the replacement battery. Other than that, we would order again if these continue to be satisfactory.

The lights were exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately I needed them rushed for an event and ordered only exactly the amount I needed (6) and one of them was broken. Because I decorated the base, I cant return or exchange. I wish I had found these sooner so that I could have had time to exchange for a working one.

Ordering online was simple and fast. The switch on one of the two strands of lights didnt work correctly. Customer Service responded by shipping a new strand to a different address because of deadline issues. I didnt even have to return the bad strand. I would recommend lights.com again, as they had the product I needed where local retail stores didnt carry a product that met my needs.

Shipping (arrival of items) was not as expeditious as I had hoped. Products arrive well packed and undamaged; I am pleased with the appearance of the window candles and the hurricane candle ... I am waiting for the holidays to put them to decorative use.

website was very clear, and easy to use. I did have to call customer service because my computer was acting odd. I thought I ordered my lights twice. I reached customer service and he checked for me and verified that it was only ordered once. Got my package very quickly. Pleasure dealing with your company. I will order again in the future.

One strand of a 3 strand set doesnt work. Because of the ridiculously low cost of the set, the cost and hassle of returning doesnt make sense. But other than that...price, speed of delivery and selection are all outstanding! Ill be back!

I was surprised when the lights arrived that I received multiple strands of 100 (?) lights each as opposed to one long strand. I put them on an arborvitae just outside our living room windows. They look great and the set up was not difficult. However, one junction, between two strands has lost contact multiple times and I need to go outside and wiggle it/adjust it to get it working again. I really hope I dont need to keep doing that all winter!! Any tips you can offer to ameliorate this problem would be great. Thanks.

Order came with 2 defective units out of 12. When I called customer service was exquisite and it seemed as if the problem was resolved. It took 2 more calls (and weeks) but all was finally resolved to great satisfaction. I was truly impressed by how friendly and accommodating ***. was.
