Expedite the filling of the order from receipt of order to shipping. Most places I deal with ship next day after receipt of order. Otherwise service was fine and package nicely packed .

I have ordered 3 products from Lights.com. In each case, there had been an issue Â…. either a missing part or one of a set not working correctly. Quality control might be better. HOWEVER, three times Ive contacted customer service and submitted a support ticket and have received a response within an hour or two. Always, the company has made things right, and has sent out missing parts or has replaced the defective item . Their customer support rocks!

I would like to see tracking my order made simpler without having to create an account and log in. I am pleased with the remote control candles. They are exactly what I needed and were a good price.

Great lights and ok service. The tracking part did not work. I received an email to track my order and neither order number or tracking number worked for me. The email would take me to the lights.com sight but there is no place on the site to track. I checked all over to see who ships for you. I called customer service and they told me when my order would arrive. Then an email to give me the same tracking number again but all it did was take me to lights.com site.

The provider was great. I like the style of the solar lights Some of the glass was difficult to install/turn into the top for assembly. It would be nice if the glass emitted more light

A little more emphasis on quality control to ensure products sent are not defective. Excellent customer service (***). Very professional. He is a definite asset to your company.

Only issue I had was a lack of shipping notification. I had no idea the product was shipped and when it might arrive. I like what I ordered and it arrived approx. 1 week after ordering, so no real delay.

I am very happy with the lights. Have not had them long enough to know how long the batteries will last. The one thing that kept me from ordering another set is the fact that the lights are marked indoor use only, despite the online product description that states indoors or outdoors.

Good hard-to-find product in Canada. A very appreciated gift for my wife. My son added colors on the candles and it was perfect. Unfortunately, when using UPS, Canadian customers have to pay brookerage fees, even when the customs fees are low or 0. For instance: 23 $ for a 24$ order (plus S&H). USPS is better for us.
