“Very cute! I used the lanterns as accents on my refreshments table at my housewarming party. Their sparkle enhanced the ambiance and everyone wanted to know where I got them. I rated them a 4 only because the metal was a little warped on one. I had to force the door closed. Nevertheless, I would buy them again.”

“I looked online to buy a number of battery operated candles, and found them at lights.com. I emailed the company to see of I could get a coupon, and they sent me 10 percent coupon for 1st order, good for 72 hours. I appreciated that, as they did not have to do. All products I received, I am pleased with. Delivery of order was quick. If I need any more of these candles, I will order again from lights.com. Did also liked that a number of candles I ordered were on a discounted sale, too!”

“I am very happy with my purchase. The led string lights are quite bright and I like that it is a string of 30 lights as opposed to the 20 light strings I found on most other sites. However, there was a long delay in receiving it. After about 10 days of not receiving any updates on the shipping of my order, I called to check on the status. It seems my order was prepped and ready, but it was overlooked and was just sitting and hadnt shipped out. It was then expedited to me, which I appreciated considering the delay.”

“Your printed instructions need improvement!! No where does it say to line up the arrows of each strand. at the plugs. I spent three days trying to figure our why the lights werent working, including buying a new round of batteries and having a second battery D box sent. It was just by accident that I finally noticed the minute arrows. Printing that in your instructions would have saved me hours of lost time and much frustration! My husband also didnt notice the arrows. Customer service on the phone was excellent.”

“Lights are adorable in my fairy garden. However, they are fussy and dont work consistently. The company has been very supportive in replacing those that didnt work. Now having difficulty with those. They are so darn cute I wish they were made a little better.”

“The website listings are very helpful, especially the photos of the products, & the range of selections are quite diverse. Prices were reasonable, much better than I found locally, especially for a specific item. One advantage is the included batteries. I ordered 3 lots of 1 dozen, & tested all to see if they worked properly. 2 of the 36 were very weak in their glow; I did not order additional batteries, as I did not anticipate this problem but just breakage, which there was none. Yes, I would recommend Lights.com to others; did much searching on the web before ordering, but kept coming back to theirs.”

“I ordered the rechargeable tea lights (restaurant grade) which I love. I already have a set of 12 on one charging unit. I use them every night and they last about 4 days. I wanted to be able to just switch them with the second set whcih works well. Only disapointment is that the new ones only come in sets of 4. But it still works and they look great! I am very pleased.”
