Ive purchased the flame less candles for my wedding and they were perfect! I just recently purchased the fabric chord kit which comes with the antique bulb. The price was great and the chords are really nice but both bulbs were broken.

I cannot complain all things I ordered were great oneproblemhoweve, the remote candle after we loaded the batteries still not working but I do love the candles.

2 light sets were broken on atrival. Poor packaging of the original lights, not lights.com. Lights.com immediately refunded. Color purple is not really purple, closer to pink but otherwise all good.

The ordering process was not as easy as some sites, but was finally able to complete my order. When the lights arrived, I put them together according to the instructions, however, one steak broke when I tried to insert the light into it. I would like to get this steak replaced.

I am very pleased with the quick delivery of the product I ordered. I am happy with the lights I ordered for decorating at my daughters baby shower. However, of the 8 strings of lights I purchased, one did not work at all and on one the on/off switch did not function. As I need them for an upcoming event, I will need to keep the ones that work and am sure it would not be worth the effort to return the ones that do not work as the sale price was great.

very pleased with merchandise--but with extra 46.00 postal plus 59.80 duty on arrival-candles cost me almost double.. sorry it is too expensive to place any more orders even though I like your product

I am satisfied with the customer service. Im not so sure about the solar lights. They dont always seem to be working properly.

I was very pleased with the products I received and the timely manner in which I received them. My only issue was trying to contact your company after the fact through email. I had never received the confirmation email my order stated I was sent. In the end all was well and I did receive my order. I would definitely order from you company again.

I purchased lights for a candy table. I placed two seperate orders. My first order was perfect. There were no complications in using the tea lights. However, the second order I place and specifically the white tea lights, we struggled with them. Hard to turn and I want to know how I can be reimbursed for the tea lights that didnt work. If I paid for 18 lights I should be able to use all of them. I used my tea lights under rocks for a candy bar. Loved them. The bar was a big hit. I know the tea lights were a big part of that. Please advise on how I return lights that didnt work and a credit? Thank you. ***

They are very nice when youre using a venue that does not allow candles. They worked out very well.

The order procedure was fine. The candles I ordered are SCENTED! That is not mentioned on the order details. I neither asked for nor wanted scented outdoor candles.

My order was shipped in two different packages and arrived at different times. I was not informed that they were going to be mailed separate so I had to email to see where second package was. Customer service was wonderful and so was order but it would have been nice to know that they were being shipped separate

When I saw the package at the front door I was much in doubt that the candles would be in one piece.The cartoon was in very poor shape with tape coming off and holes punched in the box. First thing I did was take a few pictures before moving the box. After opening finding 2 boxes inside loose with one sheet of brown paper but opening the smaller boxes containing the candles they did not seem to be damaged. Wife was happy with the candles

Easy to use, shipping was a bit slow but customer service is terrific.. Only wish there was an Off function. To shut them off you must take out a battery

Loved the product and value; wish there were instructions for timer candles or indication which side of candle is automatically turned off. (I had two separate orders). Great delivery time.

I LIKE THE CANDLE STICKS VERY MUCH AND WILL BE ORDERING OTHERES SOON MY NEGATIVE COMMENT HAS TO DO WITH THE PACKAGE/INSTRUCTIONS. THE BACKING IS CHARTREUSE BUT THE LETTERING IS W H I T E AND IS BARELY READABLE. YOU HAVE OTHER INFO THERE BUT IN BLACK; WHY CANT YOU PRINT IN BLACK TOTALLY IF THERE IS INFO TO BE HIGHLIGHTED DO IT IN RED OR A DIFFERENT SCRIPT.
