“Service was prompt. I like the candles pretty good. My only issue is that the shortest candle in the set has the flame visible above the top melted edge. I guess I just missed that from the photo...I havent actually back to the site to see if it is evident from the photo of the product. I also thought they were the kind that once switched on will stay on a specific amount of time, turn off automatically and then turn back on at the same time they were first activated. If they are, nothing I saw on the packaging or candles indicate that. That was the type of candles for which I had been shopping, so it is possible that I just thought they had this feature. I like them well enough to keep for myself, but not well enough to give as the gift for which they had been purchased.”

“Delivery was excellent, and I am very pleased with the candles. Only problem was that one of the Blue Sage candles had a minor crack on the top and side.”

“Ive used 27 of the lights and 1 is non working and 3 i have had to take apart and clean rust off the contacts. Not a good percentage so far. The lights themselves are good .”

“all the lights were delivered in tact. tried ea light to be sure that the bulb worked then put them away, except one, till next Christmas. the one kept out i put the batteries in to see if (1) light did come on and off at the hour set - and so far it has and (2) to see how long a set of batteries lasted. so far i am into the second week. thought the base would be a little heavier but have had no problem with the one staying on the shelf. would recommend”

“Your information should provide how long (range) alkaline batteries might last when candles are on so they can be turned on by remote or on timer. These candles can eat batteries. The only way to find out is to eat some or to read reviews. Few reviews mention this. Otherwise the candles are quality and beautiful. They were delivered quickly and safely. I dont leave the switch on unless I will turn them on by remote or timer soon. After all they are safer than regular candles and dont tarnish silver like real candles. I have to light real candles one at a time too.”

“I purchased low voltage outdoor string lights which work very well. My order was processed promptly and I received it within a few days of placing the order. One improvement would be that you should respond to questions that are submitted to you by email. This did not happen and I was disappointed about the lack of response.”

“I am very pleased with the quick delivery of the product I ordered. I am happy with the lights I ordered for decorating at my daughters baby shower. However, of the 8 strings of lights I purchased, one did not work at all and on one the on/off switch did not function. As I need them for an upcoming event, I will need to keep the ones that work and am sure it would not be worth the effort to return the ones that do not work as the sale price was great.”

“When my order arrived, there were defective items in the package. I submitted a support ticket and it was handled in a timely fashion. Replacement items were sent and when they arrived, they were in good working order. I would give 5 stars if the items arrived in good working condition the first time, however, it requires additional time when items purchased dont arrive ready to go as well as delaying my intended use. Thanks for your prompt responses to the issues with my first items.”
