“While I am delighted with the lights that I ordered and service was great, I wish there would have been a size given for each of the filigreed ball lights. I expected them to be smaller to match a set I already had.”

“Order arrived quickly. Package was in perfect condition. The only issue I had was there were no instructions on how to operate the lights. (They flashed - how to stop the flashing. There is a button to press - how many times do you press it to turn it on/off/stop the flashing.) In other words, instructions on how to operate the lights are needed. If for any reason, that is why I am hesitant to order again......the lack of instructions on use.”

“The LED timer-operated tea lights I ordered were exactly as described, both by your website and by the reviews. The candles flicker, but their flickering is so faint as to be imperceptible, which is a considerable flaw since they are meant to resemble candles. Nevertheless, the timer operation is what I was after, and that component has worked as advertised since they arrived several weeks ago, although it would be nice to have a longer time of operation per day than only five hours.”

“We received a set of these candles for a gift and someone saw them lit at our house and loved them so we gifted them with a set of them also. Easy website, very quick delivery and lovely candles with remote. Only thing that seems strange is the number of batteries it takes for each one. 9 batteries for 3 candles and imagine well be replacing them often. That could be improved, otherwise very happy.”

“I ordered 2 plug in adapters and 3 battery adapters. In each of the boxes it states that each of the adapters comes with a string of 100 lights. There were no lights in any of my adapters. If you are not going to include the lights, you need to change your pamphlet.”

“The company stands behind their products. Two of four candles did not work when I unpacked the box. The company sent two new candles immediately upon notification. The new candles and the others are all working as described”

“Everything was great as far as ordering,paying etc.. it was shipping I had a little problem with. I ordered at least 10 strings of lights, different kinds. I received an email stating my order had shipped two days later I receive one box with one string of lights in it,two more days and I receive another box with one string of lights.xmas eve I received all the rest in a box that was pretty beat up .everything was fine but why not ship it all at one time.....”

“The delivery was fast. The lights were well - packed and appeared in good condition. Out of the 12 lights 11 worked and one doesnt. That was disappointing. They look nice on my tree. :) They werent designed as tree lights but I mounted them on the tree anyway.”

“I have not opened all the lights, but the 3 boxes I opened up had trouble worlkingi. We had to rewire one of them because a wire was loose and sticking out. It would not light up. The second one also would not light up unless we wiggled the wires. The blue lights with a timer worked fine.I do enjoy how they liglht up in a glass container.”

“I recently received an order of 5 wax candle shells. Upon opening the box I found that they had been poorly packed and had banged into each other. The candles were chipped and cracked. I contacted the company and they requested a picture of the packing and candles which I submitted. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Due to the late date I opted for a refund and they immediately sent a refund to my Paypal account.The customer service was excellent but there needs to be better supervision of packaging.”
