“I purchased battery operated outdoor string lights. I LOVE them, they so look beautiful. They can be put on a timer to come on for six hours in the evening and its so nice not to have to worry about turning them on and off. The lights were packed very carefully and arrived in perfect condition. I have already referred a friend to your website. Very happy with my purchase - thank you!”

“I was surprised that there were no directions included with the remote. Im having a hard time figuring out how to work some features.”

“Ordered string of battery powered lights along with an extra set of lights. Second set was colored lights instead of white as ordered even though lights were in box which said white lights. Contacted sealer and after sending picture of lights, a replacement set was immediately sent to me.”

“I was miss led by what was omitted from the ad for the tea candles. When it said they had a 5 hr. timer I thought like other candles they would go on everyday at the time I first turned them on. I was disappointed to find that I would have to turn them on each day. I was planning on using them in an outdoor lamp post light that used to have a gas light that went on with a timer each day. I needed a small candle to replicate the gas light but I cannot go outdoors each night to turn the candle on. I am keepng them. I will find another use at sometime for them. The candles are very nice but did not meet my needs. Service was very good.”

“The solar lights give off plenty of light. Actually more than we expected. However we have 3 of the 8 plastic stakes break during the few months we have had the set in place.”

“Im generally satisfied with my experiences with Lights.com. I will recommend them to anybody interested in their products. The only issue that was negative was how the e-coupon they sent me worked. The e-coupon said use the supplied code and Id get a 7% discount on my next order. I used the code on my next order and only got a 2-3% discount. Their was no indication in the e-coupon about a reduced rate depending on what I ordered.”

“I purchased low voltage outdoor string lights which work very well. My order was processed promptly and I received it within a few days of placing the order. One improvement would be that you should respond to questions that are submitted to you by email. This did not happen and I was disappointed about the lack of response.”
